Very I'll mannered staff. Fighting for no reason. Abusive. Worst hotel to check in.

Very poor service.
Anyone planning to stay at Aluva, recommend to select some other hotels. Helpdesk staff is not courteous to customers.

Morning breakfast was not up to class, other than that everything was fine, near aluva metro station

Friendly staff, good location for the airport and also within walking distance to either metro or Alwaye railway station.
