Costomer Service is awesome.and the food, chicken, porotta, biriyani, all is fantastic and very tasty food and drinks

Service is good. Especially the supervisor and manager are very dedicated. If we make a complaint, they are ready to solve it without complaining by accepting their flaws—one of the best places for families. Once we order and preparation instructions are given, they will follow. I love it for how they serve my son's demand without fail which is far away from their usual spices.

Worst experience. Could not even deliver a good quality fresh carrot juice. Waited long for food.

The hotel is one of the best in Kilimanoor area. The ambiance is very good and is not usually crowded. The food is good with a reasonable waiting time. The quality of food is good. It also has a lodge with neat and clean rooms with not so high rent. Good place for family dining.

The executive bar ambience and food were good although there was a problem with the seating comfort.

Good hotel for a nights stay however basic amenities like soap, oil, iron box was not available. Food at the restaurant was good.you can taste authentic Kerala dishes. The hotel is well known for its bar. Very crowded and I guess locals visit the bar often.

It's really good, especially in a location like Kilimanoor. Located just 33km away from Trivandrum. Good service and other facilities

Not clean, food is of not good quality, basically it's a bar hotel, hence cleanliness is worst, it shows in food.found rats moving here and there

The bar was just okay it lacked ambience though it may be one of the best nearby. The rates were pretty decent and the staffs were also good. Though it wasn't the best.

Its an extra ordinary hotel with BAR. There is a special place for youngsters, named “Blue Thunder”. Very awesome mini theatre bar
