Good place to stay, rooms were superb, with affordable price. Bar and restaurant were also there, with reasonable price.

Great ambience and delicious food. The rooms are really comfy with all amenities. The service was good throughout the stay. The Manager and staff are very friendly. Highly recommend.

We're two friends (from Germany and France) traveling India by bicycle. We arrived at Hotel Palmshore in the evening after an exhausting cycling day. Unfortunately the staff was very unfriendly and not willing to let us place the bicycles in the room (like we've done in any other room so far). They told us that the bikes needed to stay outside, but couldn't provide any security. We then suggested to place the bikes outside on the backside of the hotel, in front of the room window, but they wouldn't allow this either. The staff in this hotel is really good in finding and creating problems, rather than providing a good service and solutions to their paying customers. Based on this bad experience, we really can't recommend to stay here.

I had lunch from the Hotel Palmshore restaurant with my colleague on 19 Nov 2022, on our return trip from Madurai. This was my second visit.

The restaurant facility here is small and menu also very short, but the quality of food served here is excellent.recommending to have beef biriyani from here.

A nice hotel with welcoming staff. On Kerala Tamil-Nadu border. Liquor is available. Food is average.

Absolutely terrible. Stayed here for a day. The hotel looks good from the outside. The lobby and parking look like a 3 star hotel. The actual rooms however were among the worst I've ever stayed at. The bed in my room was really nothing but broken springs and very lumpy. The bed and pillows were dirty and smelled. The air conditioner did not work well and even with the air conditioner and fan on at full blast, I didn't have to use the blanket, which was also smelly. A lot of vicks vaporub was needed for me to actually go to sleep. There were also a lot of mosquitos in the room. So be prepared for that.

The bathroom wasn't bad and was actually quite clean. The towels however were unusable and dirty so I didn't even wipe my hands with them.

Funny thing that happened was, 2 of the 3 rooms we booked had dental kits, shaving knits and soap (no shampoo). One of the rooms didn't have any dental kit and when they asked for it, they were charged Rs. 60 for 2 dental kits, which was strange.

The saving grace was that the food was atleast eatable however, be careful if you order chicken as it has a lot of small bones in it.

Summary - if you want a clean place to stay, don't stay here.

The bar is below average with rude behaviour of staffs. The toilet and the wash areas are very hardly maintained. The food was good. But the service and the ambience was very average.

It is a well qualified hotel. Provide good foods that are tastier than any else. Clean atmosphere. Neat surroundings. Good services.

It's a good hotel with restaurant attached to it. You could also enjoy both Ac and Non-AC bar availability. In terms of rooms quality, you feel more comfortable but some times you may face challenges with regard to mosquito attacks (personal experience). The staffs were doing good job.

Nice hotel. Hard to believe that such a good hotel is available in Kozhinjampara! Friendly staff. Clean and silent hotel. Reasonable tariff. Restaurant is fine too. Enough space for car parking. Not very prominently visible from heavy traffic. There are no facilities for drivers to stay. There's a bar attached. No lift facility to go to 1st floor-so elderly people will find it difficult.
Over all, a good hotel.
