The rooms are dusty and not maintained properly especially the balcony but the hospitality is too good. Can’t sleep at night because of mosquitoes

If you want to get treated like- you are in a jail. Welcome to park residency, the staffs can scare you with their arrogance. They won’t even give you a welcome smile. I believe they have their salaries pending. Next comes the restaurant, - if you suffer from constipation you really have to try their chilly chicken curry. I’m sure it can cure you a lot.

Very slow service at the bar.were not able to provide a bottle opener for at least 10 mins after buying some bottles of beer

Room was spacious, but not that good enough.
The kettle wasn't on offer. And I could hear the loud music being played in the bar in my room which was on 3rd floor.

A small hotel with a decent buffet and party hall. Don't know about the rooms since I haven't stayed here.

Costly, but worth it. I came here for a dinner arranged by my company. Food was delicious. They have huge parking space too.

Good food and good service. Accessibility is a bit twisted to the parking space. Hence the four stars.

The Rooms where Decent. I Stayed in the Second floor where I got a good sit out balcony. The Food service was Okay.

Good hotel for business stays. Three star level. Well maintained and served. It is very close to Infopark. The hotel also has bar. Located at the Kakkanad junction.approximately 5 mins drive to info park.

The stay was good. This place is located near to Kakkanad and is easily approachable. The amenities are also of appreciable quality. Buffet food is offered at a convenient rate, which the guests can manage. Parking space may be considered as a limitation, of this hotel. It is very close to Kakkanad Bus Stop (less than one kilometer), and is hence a location that people prefer to stay in. The roads outside always remain busy, as it is part of the big Cochin city. The cuisine provided there is also diverse and would satisfy the guests. You can plan to stay here, as it offers accommodation at a manageable cost (compared to other hotels that provide the same facilities). There are less hotels to stay like this, in this particular area as well.

I liked room in this hotel and hotel manger was very helpful and they arr providing good facility in the room.

Didn't get the same room category which I booked. Poor amenities, no tissue box/bath Rob inside the room, room rate was pretty expensive and not worth for what I paid.

Hotel Is well maintained with good ambience, staffs are polite and Helpful. We had a Buffet lunch worth Rs 425. Water melon juice was given as a welcome drink. Food is unlimited, personally but did not like the food. Need some improvement in the food.

Food was not that good, it took around 40 minutes to get the food after ordering and also never go for rooftop, its just the last floor not roof top

Visited on new year 2020 night, there seats are pre booked so we have to stuck on the local store in the ground floor without any seats. Affordable prices for all.

Good food.there food is resonable.they provide a good customer service.there hotel is on top floors. So it seems everyone like to climb down there steps after food.due to the peculiar style of there curved steps. It dsnt feel tired

It's a good place to enjoy with your partner.no rush.you can even see your plays like football cricket.

Excellent buffet lunch, a wide variety of 'nadan' Kerala dishes including Kappa, fish curry, beef roast etc.

Please don't eat here. They don't value your time. You have to wait for ages to get your food. No A/C also. Hard to believe it's a 3* restaurant.

Me and my two friends had visited to this hotel today and the staff was too bad and the staff wont help us to get the felicities and nothing is there due to the staff is not providing so please dont visit this hotel

This place needs a revamp on the buffet food as well quality. Often eating out should keep your stomach noiseless.

It’s quite good place.good rooms and well maintained residency.restaurant also neatly arranged and not that spacious but lovely ambiance.

The bottom reboot cabins are a really nice place. The normal reboot is very crowded and has less of a vibe. The rooftop is actually nice. With a huge screen and very well mannered staff this is a very interesting place to chill out.

Very average buffet menu. Not worth the money you pay. Don't drink the welcome drink. It's a stomach filler prevents you from eating more.

Good Hotel for Business meetings and family get together. They have a good restaurant and Bar. Food is really good. Very convenient location

Certainly a good choice to be there as per the area and money. Food was good many years before, but not at all upto the old level. Food is good and tasty, but not sufficient for the buffet as per the money paid. Staff behavior is not much satisfactory, which is making us unhappy while being there.
