Nice place to chill in hot clim, small space but not so crowded with decent food and cosy place to have couple of drinks at the exec bar.

Worst experience ever! We came for lunch and they completely messed up our order! First, they forgot half the order. Half of our party ate and we waited for another 30min to get our food. And on top of everything they didn’t even to bring our drinks till the end. The severs clearly didn’t write down our order! And the manager didn’t have any consideration for our situation. I paid for the full meal and left!

The food is pathetic.
We bought chilli Gopi, and chilli chicken.

Got sick.

The hotel is in a busy street, but ample parking space available. Hotel has a bar attached and the parking area is shared so it can be little uncomfortable for the families. The rooms were neat. Not spacious.

Went here today for lunch and the service was horrible! We have been going to this place for some time and have never experienced this kind of service!

The guy who was taking our order didn’t even bother bring a pen or book. Was acting like he was knowledgeable. He forgot half the order. Half the people at our table didn’t get their food. They didn’t bring our drinks. We ordered meals and fish fry and we got the fish fry at the end of the meal. And the drinks we got was when we paint the check.

God only know who the freaking manager was at this place. He was hiding probably. Such a freaking place. Horrible.

The funny thing is that another table was having problems too. And the excuse they gave was it was busy. You are a freaking restaurant! Of course you’ll be busy! Don’t whine about it and buckle up and do your freaking job!

Bad very bad.bought 4 beer 1 beef dry fry yesterday and the bill was 1800.when we ordered beef dry fry it said 400 and when the bill came it was 850.that too only flour and no beef at all.took the order When I asked him, he even said that it should be adjusted like this everywhere. We will give negative rating as much as possible. Udaip Ustad is also the staff there. No one should enter.

Nice hotel and nice rooms with excellent parking facility and all staffs are excellent and well-mannered provided with excellent services

It was our first visit to Kozhencherry and being newbies to the area we had to make our live in arrangements. Our search on Google brought us to Hotel Park Residency. We were happy with the pricing and the pictures of the rooms and we made the necessary reservations. A bus stand with buses plying locally and to Tiruvilla is available at walking distance and so is a rickshaw stand. Loads of shops and restaurants are also closeby.
When we reached the hotel we were pleased with the look and feel of the building. Bang opposite the hotel is one big parking location, the one everyone has so much to talk about. We were greeted by Suraj at the reception desk and he was patient, understanding and was of big help to us with how to navigate the area with help of the buses and rickshaws. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom had the basic toiletries and a hair-dryer too. We had breakfast with our room booking (which wasn't the best) but otherwise we had a couple of meals at the restaurant and they were delicious. All in all, the room was comfortable, the staff more than helpful and and the experience delightful.

Great choice for hosting family celebration functions. They have Buffet and À la carte choices. The food was delicious, great hospitality and service. They also have spacious parking.

I would say poor service. I can't believe that, they don't have coffee at lunch time? It's a restaurant with hotel facility. Comeon, who is gonna believe that. Bill was 1201 and gave 1210rs, and the guy didn't even bother to bring the balance. Am not being cheap, but the attitude was 0% as a hotel staff.i think we should reconsider the Tipping culture, because some people take it as granted thinking that's their rite.sorry to say this.

The best hotel to stay in kozhencherry town. Guests can enjoy Bar and restaurant. Location is very good on one way 500mtrs from kozhencherry town. They have a separate local bar and executive lounge. Collection of wine and spirits can enjoy the guests. Lot of reserved parking available for the room guests and bar guests.
