Hotel Polariz

Except cleanliness of the washroom, everything was good. Very easy access to muthappan temple.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with their service. The staff, particularly the manager, displayed a lack of professionalism and were quite rude throughout my stay. Their attitude was unwelcoming and unhelpful, making me feel uncomfortable.

The place seemed pretty vacant and due to the same reason has not been maintained.
The bathroom seemed like it had been cleaned months prior and no one has used it since then.

I feel ashamed to say this hotel is in my home town.
Worst service ever.
Dont want to mention the whole story of wat we faced.
But the current service and staff are worst.
After check in and paying the amount they change the rules as per the manager.
Wount refer it to anyone.
Ppl who want to visist cannor or cannor temples kindly dont book rooms here.
Wish their was a zero star rating.

Worst fecilities and hospitality, Manager don't know how to talk to customers, room boys are better than the managers. While booking for rooms they were very polite, but when we arrived they changed the tone and asked us to book additional room. Now we have to search other room as they were charging extra for other rooms

Giving 1 star only because there is no option for 0 star.worst service ever.booked 1 room with payment.after 1 hour, they told us to book 3 more rooms because of the number of guests are 9.they should have told this at first.i was a frequent customer.but never gonna visit this place again.

Worst Customer service and Management. Instead of providing service the so called Manager “Commands “ better Never ever Take took room here.

Neat rooms, good location. It seems non ac rooms are lacking in all the facilities extended to the ac rooms

Rooms are okay nothing great about it. It's spacious but the mattresses are old. The location is good as it's close to Parassinikadavu temple.
Polariz Bar is more popular in this area.

Very bad experience! Provided dirty room, uncleaned washrooms, and they have not even changed the Doormats, Stinky bath towels & bed sheets
Go for it if you dont have any options, But not recommended from my end.

Booked one room for refreshment 9am to 5pm. But they added 500 extra cost for erly check in for 2hrs with online booking cost while check in.
Rather than that very poor customer management faced me and my family. For family saty, I'm not recommeting this property.
Property is far away from parassinikkadavu temple.

GOOD ROOM. Warm welcome by receptionist. Car parking is bit issue. You may not get a parking lot if you reach there during BAR time. There is no reserved parking for lodgers.

Very good place to go and relax, enjoy with our family members childrens and friends.place is very neat and clean

Stayed there. Behavior of the staff of hotel was very bad. They tried to attack us. This was done them to take extra cash from us. Please dont stay in this hotel. We cannot predict what they do against us. It was a horrible night there.

Booked through Yatra app and they didn't allow me to enter, saying they don't allow Yatra app bookings. Staffs were really unprofessional and never tried to solve the issue. If u have any other option just choose the other one.

We stayed there on May26/2022. The lady staff was rude and arrogant.we regretted for booking that hotel.just because of her.she forced us to check out, even after we complained the limited food options available in the restaurant for lunch.we had to lunch out.and came back after 12.15 pm.she questioned us like a police officer (disgusting indeed!) for not checking out at sharp 12.pm. Is there a thing called "hospitality", I wonder!
this is our fourth say at polaris.but will definitely rethink.a classic example of how a single person can ruin the reputation of a good hotel.

The price is too costly for an hotel which is located in a rural area. Apart from that other services are good.

Booked a non a/c room on a trip that was planned really late. The rooms looked pretty much like an old lodge. Rooms are not maintained. TV won't work. Age old toilets, you wouldn't feel like using them.

Room was not like shown in those photos.
No basic amenities were provided (electric kettle, no toiletries in bathroom).
Bath towels were provided but they were in extremly bad condition.
Condition of hotel owner after this pandemic is also understandable, but our stay would have been better if you provided those above mentioned things.
Paid around 6000 for two nights. It was considered expensive as they didnt provided basic facilities.
Didnt expect this from a 3star hotel.
No food is available here.
1-2 km there is Indian coffee house and a hotel named ela.
Hotels Location was good as it is close to NIFT centre.

2 kms from Muthappan temple.

Room are spacious and clean, but service is not upto the mark. Had an irritating experience, the AC was not working and had to change the room twice.

Tea/coffee making kettles are available, but they won't provide the items weird!

Price is reasonable. Have a Bar and restaurant down.

Parking available!

When we came to the hotel, receptionist lady was helpful to give the best room in the hotel. Good location. Room provided to us was good. Lift was not working so we had to carry luggage by ourselves because there was no service boy, but receptionist kindly offered us to help us herself, which we politely declined. Three stars is for the staff here. Restaurant was closed temporarily due to Covid, so we had to find good restaurant which was nearby named 'ILA'.

Overall a great place to stay for a few days. The service was good. One of the best hotels in this area.

Excellent place to hang on. A premium bar and an affluent family restaurant with swimming pool. Near the famous sree muthappan parassinikadavu temple.a good place to hang on

The rooms are large enough for comfortable stay. The bathroom was also neat and clean. But the room is little expensive costs about 2000 rupees for one night. The AC in the room was not functioning but they offered us to allocate another room.

Had been to this place with my family (elders and 2 kids one being 3.5 month old) for the year end vacation. We were all pumped up to enjoy our time in Kerala but the moment we reached there after 7 hrs of drive it was a huge disappointment. The hotel was under RENOVATION.every facility was under maintenance and none of it was mentioned on the site from where we had done the booking. I don't have a problem with them having the renovation done but the problem is that if the construction work is going on in the premises why did they even take the booking. Just to earn some bucks. Since the festive time was on, no other decent hotels were available and we were stuck there.the rooms were ok infact quite clean as they were freshly painted and repaired. The restaurant kitchen would sometime just close for maintenance without informing the guests and then you need to run around in the night for food for your family. We had complementary breakfast, but the option was super limited. In all, a bad experience for everyone in my family and there few others too who stayed there but the staff was good.

The hotel location is near snake park, vismaya water theme park and parassini kadavu temple. It's a nice property and the staff is courteous enough. Restaurant is good. When I visited with family, some major maintenance work was going on and there was lot of dust all over the place. Also, the rooms can be cleaner with proper cleaning of cow webs from the lamp shades. The swimming pool, which was the main factor which influenced me to book this hotel, was under maintenance too.

There is bar there so people who would like to take a peg or 2 need not go too far.
