Hotel Prasanthi

Very bad restaurant. They took orders very delay. They take long hours to cook food.service was so bad. The foods are high cost and quantity of the food is very low

We came for an evening meal. Ordered chola and batura. The chola was not cooked, hard to touch. In spite of repeated request to provide a good curry. The staff was reluctant and could not provide better service. We can not come back to a restaurant which cannot provide a decently cooked curry for the meal.

Service is very poor and food is average. Customer friendly would be great. Cleanliness is very poor

Please don’t go in for the restaurant. First about the food. Don’t mistake it for the old prasanti restaurant which had really good food. The food here was not all up to the mark but they charge like we are in some meridien hotel. The mushroom chilly was sauced up like anything. Paratha was good. Next the staff. Never seen such hopeless and irresponsible staff memebers. I had to wait for 45 mins for a coffee and atlast i dint take it because of the delay. The people next to me were also complaining about the food. The are really good other veg reataurants around kollam.

Dropped by to try out restaurant after renovation really bad experience order was taken wrongly after repeating, poor staff coordination, food was not bad and last waited for bill half an hour which was wrongly accounted for more than 3 times
