It's a famous hotel at big bazar calicut.very old hotel, there is two hotels nearby for them.another one is located at pavamani Rd near stadium.famous for beef items, and biriyani.
Hotel Rahmath in Kozhikode is a legendary eatery that is known for its delicious non-vegetarian food. It is one of the most popular restaurants in the city, and it is always packed with people, especially during lunch and dinner hours.
The menu at Hotel Rahmath is extensive, but some of the most popular dishes include the fish biryani, beef biryani, and chicken biryani. The biryanis are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and they are cooked to perfection. The meat is tender and juicy, and the rice is fluffy and flavorful.
In addition to the biryanis, Hotel Rahmath also serves a variety of other non-vegetarian dishes, such as chicken fry, fish fry, and mutton curry. The food is always fresh and tasty, and the prices are very reasonable.
The service at Hotel Rahmath is also very good. The staff is friendly and efficient, and they are always willing to help customers choose the right dishes.
Overall, Hotel Rahmath is a great place to enjoy delicious non-vegetarian food. The food is always fresh and tasty, the prices are reasonable, and the service is good. However, it is important to note that the restaurant is always crowded, and there is often a long wait for food.
The food is good but not giving the nostalgic taste which they had before.the beef biryani taste is being slightly change then before and other customers are facing different kind of service and food issues
I really liked the chicken roast biriyani so yummy and tasty. Not only chicken biryani you will get all kind of biriyani so must visit this place once.if you're biriyani lover come visit here
Rahmath Hotel serves good food, but it seems to be somewhat overhyped. While it's undoubtedly a value-for-money restaurant, the quality and taste don't quite match up to the top-notch options available in Kozhikode. Some may argue that it's the best in town, but I beg to differ. In my opinion, I find Paragon to be a better choice than Rahmath in terms of taste and quality. However, when it comes to value for money, Rahmath certainly stands out as one of the top options in Kozhikode. So, if you're looking for a budget-friendly meal, Rahmath is worth considering, but if you prioritize taste above all else, there might be other places that better suit your palate.
They had an authentic muslim briyani, just loved the briyani and kadai fry. Service was great, but ambience could have been better, little less hygienic. Beef vathathiyadhu, parota, beef samosa where top notch.
I visited at 11: 30 a.m. It was moderately busy. I ordered their masterpiece, the beef biryani, as well as the chicken biryani. The beef was delicious, and the beef biryani was cheaper than chicken biryani. They also had koonthal biryani and chemeen biryani in their menu.
Later ordered 'Beef Olathiyath'. Tasted OK but was overpriced & less quantity.
Finally ordered lemon tea. They use 'Tulasi leaves' in their lemon tea. Overall loved their food.
Rahmath Hotel in Calicut is a culinary gem, celebrated for its delectable biriyani that leaves a lasting impression on your taste buds. As a food enthusiast, I can confidently say that this eatery has mastered the art of creating an authentic and flavorful biriyani that stands out from the rest.
The ambiance of Rahmath Hotel is simple and unpretentious, with the focus placed entirely on the food. The moment you step inside, the aroma of spices and slow-cooked rice envelops you, building anticipation for the feast ahead.
The biriyani itself is a symphony of flavors and textures. Tender pieces of marinated meat, whether chicken, mutton, or beef, are layered between fragrant basmati rice infused with saffron and aromatic spices. The grains are cooked to perfection, retaining their individuality while also harmonizing with the meat's essence.
What sets Rahmath Hotel's biriyani apart is the delicate balance of spices, with each mouthful offering a delightful burst of taste without overwhelming the palate. The succulent meat, along with the well-cooked rice, creates a harmonious combination that is truly satisfying.
The service is prompt and courteous, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Prices are reasonable, considering the quality and quantity of the biriyani.
In conclusion, Rahmath Hotel is a must-visit for biriyani lovers. Whether you're a local or a traveler passing through Calicut, indulge in their biriyani to embark on a flavorful journey that will leave you yearning for more.
Rahmath - The local legend known for biryani. They serve the best beef biryani in calicut. I visited the OG branch and ordered their biryani with chemeen fry (deep fried prawn). The biryani lived upto my expectation and tasted delicious. The rice had succelent meat. The fried prawn was average. I was suggested to try their top seller lime mint. It was really nice! Dishes were very affordable and excellent service.
Note: The place will be crowded and car parking is also available.
Yes the hype is true. People mainly come for the biriyani. But other food are also good. Rahmath is a brand name you can trust. Its always crowded with people. You almost have to wait in a big line. Since its too crowded it wont be a very great dining recommendation. Takeaway is available. Good Parking space available. Quality food for a reasonable price Beef biriyani is my favorite
You will get good Kadukka Biriyani here. I am a huge biriyani fan and was craving for some good Kadukka Biriyani the other day. You should try out their kadukka biriyani atleast once.
Amazing experience and non-veg lovers should go there to try some keralan style local food. We tried fish it was loaded with flavours that still I remember the taste of it. I'll definitely go there in near future. Trust me, you won't regret having food here.
When i reached Rehmath hotel. There were no dine in.it is very difficult to eat food.we went near the beach and had the food but cant enjoy the biriyani.somewhat to a point its very dissappointing.
I have always loved the Rahmath Hotel. I love the beef biriyani. The best I have ever had. The beef is so soft. The one near the 2nd railway gate is the best. Please do not expect the same from the new Rahmath near the indoor stadium. It is a disaster.
The biryani was quite delicious and came with large portions of meat, the reception was lacking a fair bit. The cashier/clerk wasn't the most polite, there was no dine in due to covid but overall the food was great
I eat the beef biriyini. In my opinion it's taste is same as like other restaurants in calicut town like paragon, kuttichira, I don't feel any unique taste. But it's good
Heard a lot about this restaurant. Went there three months back just to have their biriyani. Restaurant was fully packed. But their biriyani not upto the hype. Disappointed. I had a beef biriyani and my wife had a shrimph biriyani, both the biriyani tasted almost the same. Even small restaurants in my place kannur serve better biriyani than rahmath at much cheaper price. MVK near kannur RS is one of the restaurant i have tried in kannur serving best biriyani.
Noo words. Best place foor food. U must try beef roasted biriyani. Outstanding one. I think Need to improve their seating availability we have to wait for dining. Very famous
This is one of Calicut's iconic restaurants. This hidden gem is famous with the locals for it's beef biriyani and the other options that are available here are truly delicious. To anyone who wants to go here I would suggest a beef biriyani (and for those who don't eat beef, try the chicken biryani it's just as good) and to wash it down I would suggest a mint line or a line tea. It's a must visit for any foodie.
A place for Biriyani lovers. You will love eating food from here. Bit the interiors have to be little more spacious, and you could have buy some more furniture. Supply is being done little late, but it's adorable.
Hotel Rahmath is one of the best hotels in calicut. They have the best biriyani in the city. Beef Biriyani and mint lime is their most popular combo and also they have a pretty good service and reasonable price. Most of the time the place is crowded and will have to wait 15-20 minutes. But the food is worth waiting for.
We get actual nool puttu. Famous for beef and mutton biriyany.peak rush when lunch time.wide range of parking space provided but parking space is not easly noticeable. Only halal food available. A/c and non a/c spaces also available. Located at near gujri in kozhikkode city.
One of the best beef biriyani I ever had. The best of the best. And the chicken fry was also tasty. Service of the staff were nice. There will be a delay to get the seats at the peak hours. It depends on the number of people. There are AC and non AC rooms are available. Both were clean and perfect. We tried beef biriyani. It is available in half or full. It was very delicious. The five star goes for the taste of the food.
One of the best beef biriyani ever had. Tasty one. Ample parking space provided. Also good customer service. Good place to hangout with friends or family. Good ambience. It costs 200 per head. Try mintlime after food. Thats cool. Overall a great experience
The place is crowded. AC restaurant for family doesn't have proper waiting rooms and procedure to seat the guests. I ordered their famous beef biriyani, which was not hot and taste was also average. The overall service, ambience and cleanliness were not satisfactory.
Went out with a friend at night around 11.30 for a night drive. They were about close when reach there. As you know their signature is biriyani but we tried spring chicken as it's late night. Its good, we enjoyed the food. The ambience was good. Also they served well.
One of the most famous restaurants in Kozhikode. Famous for Beef biryani, chicken Biryani is also good here. Its very close to 2nd railway crossing Kozhikode near to Mathrubhumi head quarters, in Old market for automobiles. Normally you can see a rush here, and the shop will open till late night. Eventhough Three floors available for dining you should always expect a wait here. They have opened another branch in Kozhikode near corporation stadium.
One of the best biriyani I ever had. Felt like it was home cooked and most people will certainly feel like that. I am definitely going to visit this place more often.
This hotel food is absolutely halal & taste is very nice hotel famous dish is beef biryani 80% peapole eating beef biryani aven muslim Kristen hindus all people eating very enjoyable
I went with high expectations (heard a lot about this restaurant). As was the same, it didn't disappoint me.but also didn't meet the expectations completely.but I absolutely loved the rice of biryanis here.a rice can be distinguished from another rice easily & each of the rice is covered by ghee uniformly.u won't find half broken rice's & all.but the beef. & Chicken inside this could be improved. I would recommend spring & Chucko.these are varieties u wide luv here.but do stay away from soups here. Dey are terrible. Porottas are very soft.juices are very good . Come to the restaurant by 7.15 pm or u wud have the difficulty to get the order in tym.also parking is a problem.last thing, food is surprisingly economical.
The most tasty Beef Biriyani is where none other than Rahmath Hotel. The first branch of Rahmath. Their service also good. Problem is parking. Parking is very short considering the incoming. And at lunch time huge line is there at the front but clears in no time. Because bulk are coming because of the food taste. Unmatchable hotel in kozhikode, even in kerala also.
