Hotel Raj Regency

Very worst experience from the staff and manager. I didn't even stayed at this hotel even after booking. I won't suggest anyone to stay at this place. Such an arrogant staff and worst hotel ever.

I really like the place. Services they provided were satisfying. Moreover food was really good. Defenetly recommended hotel raj regency nilamel.

Didn't stay there. Only went to their restaurant. Food was good. Service was bad. Only two staff in the afternoon.

Raj Regency is good property near to Nilamel. Property is bar attached, This property is near Jatayu Earth’s Center. My entire stay was good. Still There is room for improvement in aspect for customers friendly and cleanliness.

Extremely bad service from the front office staff and the manager.
Ordered 3 onam sadhyas and got the quantity of items for a single person. No response from the manager and responsible people.
Wasted all our time and money. These people turned happy onam to the worst onam of our lives.
Never recommend to anyone. Please don't make the mistake we made. Also refer to the other reviews who have similar opinions about this hotel.

Poor service, reception area is boiling hot and the people don't even turn on the A/C or the fan for the people who are waiting here.

The restaurant looked good. But, they can't serve alcohol there. They do have a bar, which was not appealing. The private room on the bar had filthy table cloth and was stinking. They have to improve a lot.p0

Great service. Very courteous staff. This place is very friendly for families visiting with babies. They have cot especially for babies and specially designed chair for kids.

Very bad experience at this hotel … makemytrip was showing less price for even room+ breakfast.took two rooms trusting reception staffs.later after breakfast they said breakfast is not complementary and it’s chargeable… those who take room there need to take written note from them

Stayed for business needs. They stay was okay. The breakfast is not complementary and it won't get ready by 8.30 in the morning. So you need to plan it accordingly. I'm happy with the cleanliness that they offer. Make sure your you call the reception if you are expecting to reach the hotel at wee hours as the main gate remains closed.
PS. The landline number don't work.

Not maintenance this hotel, because i stayed room no 203, same day, it is saying 4 star, but no coffe cettle in theroom, not sealed toilet,

The Hotel infra is good, however the service was poor. The restaurant works only from 0830 hrs and closes by 2100 Hrs. That is a big disappointment as beverages like Tea & Coffee too isn't available early morning or post 2100 hrs.

Near to Jatayu park. The rooms are good, clean, good staff. The food was tasty, overall recommend if you are looking for staying near jatayu park.

Very well neat and clean place. Highly visible from the road and helpful security for assisting in parking. The bar section is very live and good standard. But the restaurant section seems to be standard and clean. When comes to taste of food, only below average and the price is too high for multi start hotels like it.
If the taste of food increased high I would recomment it. But until noo.
