Hotel Residency Tower

Visited rooftop restaurant "Dhaba" serving Punjabi cuisine. Nice ambiance and the food is very tasty! They serve authentic Punjabi food in the evenings. Met the Punjabi chef from Pathankot, cool guy! Visit this place with friends and family for dinner.

Decent Rooms, Bad internet network facility, old linens being served to guests. Even after repeated requests the internet connection wasn't really working and they didn't even bother to change my room even on my request. Since It was an official visit I am adjusting but not at all suitable for a family visit.

One of the best services I have experienced amongst all the hotels I had stayed. Right from the reception desk, room service, restaurant service, house keeping.you name it and the service was excellent and very prompt
The whole property is very well maintained and clean.

The hotel is well maintained and the staff are very helpful. I have been a regular visitor since 2012. We have hosted multiple events there. During the floods our UN hub for post disaster needs assessment was functioning for over 3 months.

The food and service are excellent.

I've had a bad experience in its orbit restaurant where I had to call a waiter 4 times and still he didn't even bother to come to my table as he only cared about others as I came alone and other tables have more people. More business right?

Did not use rooms. Came for a meeting in Planet. The tiled (black) sill on the front left was loaded with dust. Talked to your service boys and showed them the dust.

I have visited Residency Tower many times to attend seminars. Food is good with limited veg options. Staff is well behaved, though manpower can be scanty at times. Hotel is easily accessible. Low on space inside yet has a soothing ambience. Parking facilities are commendable.

Great place to host a function like an engagement or to throw a party. Nice and elegant hall and enjoyable food makes the place recommendable.

It's a nice hotel, but has seen many years.quite dated reception hall and common area.rooms are comfortable and clean

One of the old business hotel in Tiruvananthapuram city. It is very close to Govt secretariate. 2 Km from Trivandrum Railway station and Central Bus station. Alacarta and buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner available. For business purpose banquet services are available. Vallet parking also available. Wakable distance from MG road.

Had a wonderful buffet could have included some more vegetarian dishes but tastes are really great!

Good place. Was there for 3 days. Conference venue was nice. Double room on 7th floor was nice.
House keeping was too un responsive. Calls remained un attented even after the 4th attempt.

This place manages to exceed expectations every time an event is held there. Thoroughly professional and a great kitchen promises good food and wonderful staff who are keen to help.

A four star hotel near to the rear entrance of rhe secretariat. Food served is decent. Went there for a company party. Staff’s behaviour was allright. No much parking available and my car was once parked by the security guys outside the compound and when returned, it had all residues a tree probably sheds during a rain.

For the room rent charged it is a very good hotel. Spacious room. Food is also good. Is upto international standards. I would recommend the hotel.

Costly, but worth it. Best starters u can get @ Trivandrum. Fish fingers is must try. Mutton Rohan Gosh is class!

We had a get-together. From 10am to 3 pm with welcome drink and buffet lunch. They charges 600/head. Very nominal amount considering ac hall and food and other amenities they provided

Went for a party arranged by my company. Everything was good except a staff whome I met at the parking lot. Their was barely enough space to park a vehicle just because of inefficient parking. Most vehicles were occupying more space than what it takes. I was struggling to squeeze in my vehicle in the available space. The staff who was standing there was simply talking on his mobile phone. Instead of helping me he called me unpolitely and said that my vehicle may hit the adjacent vehicles. I asked him why these vehicles are parked like this? He said I don't know and this is not his hotel and argued with me for couple of minutes. That should not be the way he should talk to his guests. Such a single staff is enough to spoil the name of the hotel. But kudos for the delicious food and the courteous rest of the staffs.

Nice hotel I ever seen good room service and housekeeping best 4-star hotel in thiruvananthapuram. Go here. Affordable room rates. Tasty food. Parking is good.

We visited The Dhaba restaurant here on the terrace. Great food, nice ambience with a view of the city. However, price is a little high.

Very Nice Ambience and posh setup. Best in class staff service. A good spot to hangout with friends and family on leisure and other meetings.

We had buffet lunch from here. Good food with lot of options for veg and non veg with reasonable price. Nice staffs and ambiance

Very close to the city and near secretariat. Food was ok service especially housekeeping has to improve felt a bit of laziness in their duty.
