Hotel Rooba Palace

Too bad that they don't accept online payments purposefully and don't pay back the amount in complete unless you are an other state labourer. Bad staff behaviour. They didn't pay me back in complete. But when I went back after realising this, they are ignoring. I asked them to check their CCTV footage (above cash counter) and they answered that they dont have a hard disk connected. Food will be just okay for cheap buyers. Onion curd raita when asked with biriyani was served by just adding raw water to increase quantity. But make sure that food you get is the same days'. Nasty!

Very bad and arrogant behavior for manager. The guy at the cash thinks that he is sitting in front office of Ritz calton or Shangree la. No Gpay or paytm/phone pay even in this time.

? *Too bad. * Sticky table tops and seats. No difference on condiments too. They were supposed to clean it with hot water in this pandemic (COVID 19) situation. They seemed just wiped off the condiments with paper towels instead of washing them. The previous consumers' food colour (turmeric and masala mix) was very well visible even on on the water glass tumblers which they served us with. Well, they can’t be both clean and sticky at the same time!
The kitchen was gross when we had a look at. The dirty uncleaned kitchen is the best indicator—short of inspecting the kitchen — that restaurant isn’t safe to eat at. The garbage overflowing, paper towels ran low and aren't actual tissue pappers provided (cut news papers instead), the sink and mirrors were covered in grime, and the floor at kitchen was totally a mess when we had a peak at and that’s a really good sign that lack of attention to proper cleaning also extends to the kitchen. Just think: If a place that’s open to the public is so gross. I wonder if aren't there proper safety authority in Kerala to check these cleanliness and hygiene standards to help customers to have better clean food?

Okay type food. Okay for parcel food.
Behaviour of the cashier (owner) isn't so welcoming, and dinning there is not so clean.

Cheap and best for other state's labourers who don't care about cleanliness. Too bad. The lady at the cash counter serves for those other state labourers and thus they are happy/satisfied. Kitchen and around are unclean.

Too bad place to go for food at. Unclean interiors (the visible places[exterior] looks okay, but the kitchen and interiors). Worse services (kitchen maintenance) and rude behavior of the guy in cash counter (who looked like an owner/manager). They look for other state laborers' hard cash payments only and ignore soft cash payments (like GPay, PayTM, cards etc.). Makes the lady to serve for the other state workers' orders, tempting them to gain their businesses more. The IVY9 restaurant nearby (200 meters apart) is far a better place to choose in terms of cleanliness, safety, tastes and thereby good customer satisfaction. This Rooba Palace is a very bad and untidy (have a look at their kitchen, "YUCK") place to go have food.

I need to say that atleast be polite to customers. The basic principle of a business is that should consider customer as the key factor. But the manager was very much rude and pathetic behaviour. I don't consider this hotel a best place for any customer as we can't eat from with a peaceful mind. We can't have a proper meal from there with a proper mind set due to the behaviour of the manager although the food was okey and one more thing he is a _. Giving one star is optional as I need to give one star to show my hate for the hotel.

Very bad experience, the food quality is pathetic, and manager is very rude towards customers. Never think about going to this stupid hotel.

Best place to visit its shezwan chicken rice and ice cream biscuits are very nice the owner is very homely and parota here is very nice
