Hotel Royal Regency

This is my best hotel experience ever in my life and the romms are very good and the bathroos are neat and clean, This worth for a luxurious lodge.

The AC rooms were really good even if we asked for an extra bed it came around quickly. The room service was also really good and the rooms were really clean with the AC being in good condition and the beds doubled It was a really good experience. The amenities provided by them were also nice and we could connect to reception easily in case of anything. The Tv also had most of the channels subscribed. The wifi was also available only till the 3rd floor above that we could not connect to it. The only drawback would be the bathroom as it was not that clean. A good place to stay considering it's just on the side of the highway.

Located on the NH highway. Easily reachable one. Hotel has its own conventional centre celebrate the family function and etc. Also it has Bar facilities with restaurant. Cleanliness of the rooms are good.

I lived in room no 207. Room smelled like some kids urinated on the bed which the hotel staff claimed that the dryer had some problems hence linen was not fully dry. Wifi signal id strong on common areas but within the room the signal is either zero or just 1 block (if you are lucky). The hot water in the shower to start, we need to keep the water running for atleast 15 minutes non stop. Generator system to counter load shedding is very poor. Over all a very bad experience.

It's the another branch of comfort regency in ochira. Having nice food and good mannering staff

Stay is good. Neat and clean, cool ambience. House keeping service available only if you call and ask them to clean your room. Everything Is good, but there is no internet. Also around this area mobile reception is less. Hotel doesn't provide wifi, not even paid. So you are left without internet. Don't think there will be any good hotels which doesn't provide internet.

Never Prefer.no quality in food.ask them to supply liquor infront of us itself.they won't maintain QUANTITY and also QUALITY.never prefer

I just used their restaurant for the breakfast. It was good. Service was good. Location vise its closer NH. Not much crowded.

At RS 2500, u will get better hotel than this. Rooms are not clean, mosquitos and bathroom is terrible.

No hot water 1st night and TV not working for 2 days.
Don't expect too much out of this hotel as it charges above price for the room. I managed to get discount for my troubles.

I visited this place after approximately 10 years. And it looks pretty much the same. I walked in very early and their restaurant was not open. Nothing to talk about it as of now.

Lodging fascility is ok. But not value for money. TV is old CRT type. Chairs are not cleaned and you can see greasy cover of chair not cleaned for prolonged time. Bath room is ok there is only one bucket and mug. They even didn't given complementary toothpaste and brush. There is no complementary break fast.

Comparable to another hotels in Ochira, I would like to recommend this Hotel would be a good choice.

I prefer this as a good staying place. The bar attachment made the place not suitable for auditorium purpose, but the hotel is greatly advisable for others. Almost all the celebrities have stayed at this hotel for a day. They have good hospitality.

Royal Regency has a great Air Conditioned Hall large enough to accommodate about 800 people. The parking structure is spacious to accommodate numerous vehicles. The Mess is also an added advantage to the hall.

Excellent auditorium and also a good restaurant cum lodge. Very near to ochira busstand. Ochira parabramma temple is situated at here, This temple is very famous many people were come over here, ochira kali, 28 onam, 12vilakke maholsavam on virchika masam are famous festivals of this temple, good and average rooms are available at here. Near by hotels, bar, Gim are avilable. Very beautiful and historic Places like krishnapuram palace, temples, backwater lakes are near to this area. Very easy to approach. Mostly this area is crowded. Very nice hotels and restaurants like ariyas for veg ktdc at krishnapuram are very nice. Very nice place we can purchase very good dress materials at reasonable rate. This place is near to the main road so that it is very easy to locate. Mostly rush in this area. Mostly ladies, kids and gents dresses are available here. Sarees are more attractive here, we will get north Indian sarees and also south indian sarees. Very beautiful and historic Places of martanda varma and Kayamkulam kochunni are located here, never miss this place, a beautiful location to study and also its very benefit for students. Very easy to approach and a very good beach at vallikkave and azhikal are near to this town.

Very gud hotel.convention center also gud near NH 47.easily approach to all.parking is less for convention center.

It is a good bar in kollam district. Good
atmosphere. Silent bar. Not crowded. Have good parking structure. Besides on NH66

A very posh, well maintained place with great food. The only turn off were the paan stains all over the parking lot.

Just had good North Indian food. It was hard to find on this route. Good service as well. Only issue was that tal tadka had garlic peels also. But altoghther it was good and worth having food here.
