Hotel SAJ International

We had the worst experience in this hotel!
The room was dirty with no hot water. The toilet bowl was dirty as well. I thought only we faced this issue but then saw other negative comments as well.
This hotel should not be called an international hotel. It was pathetic experience.
After complaining for the 5th time, they gave us a pathetic solution that we can use washroom of another room. Why are we supposed to do that?
The reception didn't respond the calls in the morning when the hot water was not there.
The prices are huge as well.
It's pathetic experience overall. Never recommending it to anyone.

I have been to Hotel SAJ bar. Nice service especially by Mr. Eldos who is very professional. Very good service.
They have introduced new combo food menu which is very nice.

Good rooms and good amenities, but staff at reception is not friendly and support the hotel operation. We booked many time this hotel due to its facility when ever we get our friends from abroad. We normally spend 10000/- each stay. And we respect the policy of number of people to stay per booking, how ever this time we felt insulted as we received multiple calls from reception at 9: 30 pm regarding the people to leave the room. It's our 4th time using this hotel, management must brief staff how to handle guests, specifically abin. He could inform policy but can't be rude. This will spoil the hotels name. We used to stay at Le Meridian, Crowne plaza, Renaissance etc. This is close to our home and is the reason to book this space. Take this up on a priority. Thanks

I had a wonderful stay with u guys. Excellent food at reasonable prices the entire team was so humble and carring towords me.

Except that next room i don't know his name I think it's nikhil or something. Whatever that idiot was too drunk and shouting against the front office staff. Even though he shouted that much the receptionist was so calm and quiet i don't know how this people hold this much patience.

For business pupose usually staying. Room and amenities are found to be satisfied. Excellent hygenic conditions. Food found to be tastey. Excellent staff co.operation. Gate security for car parking etc.needs to be improve.

Worst experience ever.bad attitude of front office staff and poor room service highly not recommended

Very Bad experience in dealing with the Front office staff, don't know how to deal with customers, he is arguing and aggressive while speaking, not mentioning the customer as sir/ Madame.they have to give proper training to deal with the customer if they whish to keep it as a star category hotel. Managing Director should take this as serious concern about this, Front office person named Mr. Job not polite while doing the conversation.

Very bad attitude and professionalism from the serving staff (Specifically person with spex). They act as we are beggars and they are doing a great favour by serving food.
Do not ever visit this restaurant, till they change the serving staff.

I could eat appam and motta (egg curry). I liked the taste.

I visited being a marriage function.

Service and restaurant staff very aggressive.

The restaurant was calm and quite, also very clean.the food we ordered tasted okay (not too good or too bad). But the delay in serving food could be reduced.

I can see that poor service in the case of restaurant section from the reviews.but beverages section is not bad.

Do not ever visit this restaurant, till they change the serving staff or maybe the entire management.
Had to stop by with family for breakfast. Wasted a solid 1 hr for just an order of Dosa. They act as if you are beggars and they are doing a great favour by serving us.

The place is quite neat and we'll maintained. Food was basic but extremely over-priced.

There are some really good hotels and restaurants in the area have some food and come sit here to feel grateful for for food you had because that's all this place is good for. Would give 0 stars if I could
