Luxury rooms and friendly staffs. Perfect for family and couples. Pricey if you're booking without an offer. A large pool facility is available and also restaurant.

Room was clean, and room service was also good. Location wise very gud, near to Padmnabhan temple.
Only drawback was a foul smelling coridor.

We booked saj luciya for our trip to trivandrum for two days 21 and 22nd dec. The stay here was very bad, the hotel is under renovation. The lobby to rooms is completely messy and work is in progress so there is very bad smell coming across all the rooms, the lobby looks like some horror movie, it feels scary at night as very few quest in hotel. The rooms are comparatively small and has centralized AC which do not cool properly and the room feels very suffocating.i had to ask for table fan at night as they don't have celing fan. Even the water quality was not good. There was very few staff in hotel, no one to carry the luggage we had to carry by our own.the Hotel management must have completed the renovation first before accepting the booking as it is very inconvient to the quest.i would not recommend to book this hotel for now.

Only good was it was near to the Padmanabhan swamy temple.i would not recommend to book this hotel for now.

All are good expect their room condition they have all facilities as stated but are not well maintained. The bathroom door was unable to open from inside of the room I stayed. And now I think that renovations are in process

Worst experience during my stay in this hotel. I faced issues with AIr conditioning, wifi, hot water, room service, etc. I donot recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a stay in Trivandrum.

Excellent location. Just a few hundred metres away from Sri Padmanabha swamy Temple. The rooms are also satisfactory in terms of size and amenities. The biggest drawback is the ABSENCE of CEILING FANS in the room. The staff is courteous and helpful. Overall, an excellent hotel.

We booked two executive rooms and stayed there on 6/11/22 and 7/11/ 22.rooms were very neat and clean centralised ac, rooms had mini refrigerator, bathroom gown, dryer in bathroom, tea kettle along with cofee tea.manager mr Krishan Kumar was very humble kind and was very cooperative.they allowed us to check in before time.excellent location becuase hotel was at walking distance from padmanabhaswamy temple

Decent stay but Donot buy even a single coffee. Rs. 120/coffee. Not getting that much standard from them. Decent and friendly supportive staffs but food price is too high. Good location for visiting Pathmanabha temple, Pazhavangadi temple. Added one photo of Kerala meals worth Rs. 330/-

Don’t let the photos fool you. The entire property is under construction. They don't even have a restaurant working in their premises! Everything is shut in the Hotel. You literally have to call for food from outside & go downstairs to collect the food every time. Dark & Dingy hotel with outdated interiors. Unhygienic bathrooms & scary looking bedrooms. Cracked beds and worn out furniture overall. Feels like living in an historic museum. Hot water doesn't work.
Could go on & on, but save yourself some trouble by skipping this destination.

Walking distance to the Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple.
Hotel is decent given its pricing. Should’ve a dental kit (wasn’t available). The extra bed was damaged. Has its own parking area, pool, meeting hall.

Very bad. Somebody's came to bar then do big novices fighting etc.etc very bed.

Damn the place was soooo good and I got a killer deal at goibibo - 2k double bed AC for 1400 only.
Blown away by the rooms, facilities, and cleanliness.
All switches were smartly controlled by soft touch console - even TV and bath!

Restaurant wasn't operational but the bar was and many locals were walking/tripping at the entry gate which was weired but no issues with it.

The smiling staff was best. They arranged a qualis and the driver was really nice. He even dropped us at station in a very nominal charge - half of what the uber was showing.

They don't have

If you don't get rooms elsewhere, then prefer this hotels.

Most disappointing issue is staff.

Very good location for having enjoyment and time pass in the heart of the city.you can have beer or even vodka or brandy or whiskey.whatever you choose.and enjoy yourself alone or with company!

Went to have a beer, the executive bar was very dark not sure why. I would prefer a bit more light.the service boys can't even see when a customer tries to call them.

Positives,
1. Room cost
2. Location is very near to temple and all the attractions within the city.
3. Neat rooms, linen changed everyday.
4. Hotel staffs are very kind hearted and accomodating.
5. Early check-in by 2 hours was accomodated free of cost without any noise.
Negatives,
1. Rooms have centralized AC with minimum temperature of 20 celcius, fan is not there in any of the rooms - Fan is really required for trivandrum climate.
2. Water in bathrooms were green and slightly stinky. Looks like water comes from a well which isnt maintained properly or infected with algae.

One of the good hotels in thiruvananthapuram. Very near to anantha padma nabha swamy temple. Good location. Good room service.

Room was extremely nice and cozy. Rooms equipped with a centralised a/c and transportation for the bus stand and railway station is very close, less than 1km.

Fantastic ambience and excellent service. We have planned to stay for a day but we extended one more day just for the room and it's proximity to Padmanabha Swamy temple, prepaid auto service, market, the room features, etc. The room and the things provided there gavw us amazing feel and it will be a memory.

Very nice location. Cozy beautiful rooms. Problem is maintenance is not upto the mark. The rooms were stinking with a damp smell. Ac was not cleaned and not working properly. It was very sultry at night. To our shock we saw an open condom packet in the room drawer. We reported it to the front desk at the time of check out. Needs better maintenance.

The worst hotel we have even been… smell in the lobby is unbearable.washrooms not clean. AC not working.we checkout at the mid night and no staff even apologized or took any initiative to solve this issue.they were just saying things were just perfect all this time don’t know what happened now!
