This is how they serve you water. I accidently took a couple of sips and later looked inside to this wonderful sight. Be careful when you have food from here you never know.
Cons Too much of rush. Hotel management may need to work on providing a better experience while eating instead other waiting customers standing near the tables, during rush hours.
Food is of the authentic vegetarian style. With Pongal and Masala dosa being the main highlight as well as my personal preference. The 4 varieties of chutney were also top notch. The only discomfort we faced was the parking.
As we were 12 people for having the breakfast to celebrate the b day party of our friend as we had confirmed with them over theyntold the ph they told they will add the tables so that we can sit together and eat but the last moment they refused.
Morning time service was no so good it tood time also to give.
Cake not allowed to cut there as it is veg hotel if you take non veg cake they will not allow to cut it.
Visited the Veg restaurant for dinner with family.the ambiance is very good. We ordered panner kulcha, paneer butter masala, masala dosa and onion uttapam. All the dishes were very tasty.
I rate it as one the best Veg restaurant in kochi area.
They put two large boards indicating parking. Only once you reach there, those parking spots are unavailable. Once you reach there, if the restaurant is full, the management doesn't care if you're waiting. There is no order. Whoever is street smart can come in late and still find a table. Absolute disregard for patient customers.
Hotel saravana Bhavan Pure vegetarian restaurant Location ; saritha theatre jn (popular jn) Parking available, AC - Non ac Resturant Sweets, snacks also available Neat and Clean surrounding Well maintained structures Nice staffs and managements South indian dishes served tasty Idli, upma, Masala Dosa, ghee roast are best in menu. Std Lunch in plaintain leaf Rush hours we need to wait for the table and dishes. Rates are ok with quality and quantity.
It is famous brand eatery in India and 20 plus other countries. It's a total vegetarian restaurant famous for its south Indian dish "DOSA". The owner turned cleaning boy of a restaurant become multi millionaire in short span of time. He was the headline for media for quite sometime in connection with a murder case of his own employee. He has been convicted for lifetime. However he spent only few months in prison and passed away few days back in hospital.
Good strictly vegetarian restaurant. In front portion, it is non ac but in back portion, it has AC hall by name of Surbhi. North Indian type roti is costing whooping ₹45 per pc. We tried both north as well as south indian dishes. One serve of veg or daal is sufficient for two. In breakfast, u can enjoy idli, dosa, poori bhaji etc. Rates are average. Attached menu card for your ready reference. Dedicated parking for customers. Home delivery also available. Recommended
Oh my goodness! The best vegetarian hotel I've ever been to, the quality of food and service make this the best place. You should definitely try meals here and see the hospitality of the staffs. It's simply incredible
Tasty food at reasonable price. Non AC section of the hotel has parking issue. Cars need to be parked in a pay and park in the opposite side of the road which costs Rs. 30. Showing the parking coupon will give 10 percent off on the bill at the hotel to a maximum of 30 rs. AC section is on the backside of the hotel, paeking to which is free but is limited to 5 cars hardly. Bikers wouldn't find it difficult. 4 wheelers might give difficulty. Food is worth 4 star barring the parking woes
Never expected such a quality and tasty vegetarian breakfast from Kochi. Totally loved it. Great ambience and service. No compromise in quality and tatse. Loved their garlic idly chutney powder served along with dosas. Nearby high court. One of the best in Kochi.
Vegetarian hotel for taste and variety. Daily changing menu. Will not be boring for a daily customer like other hotels. Paid parking available on opposite side.
Not keeping the customer service experience, expected while getting in as at least equal to a roadside stall. Fans switched off before the customer is on seat, no one to check service experience
Ordered onion uttapam for breakfast and I have to tell you it was awesome. I really loved the taste and it was somewhat unique. The chutney was also good. And filter coffee was too good, but on a bit expensive side. But the overall experience was good.
Don't be fooled by the name, this isn't part of the HSB (Hotel Saravana Bhavan) group based in TN.
Went in for an evening snack and had ordered paneer fingers and Gobi Manchurian dry along with repeated orders of tea and coffees of various kind. The appetizers were just average with nothing to be happy about. The paneer wasn't the freshest, neither the accompanying batter was complimenting the paneer. The batter was too hard in both the dishes. The tea in the lemon tea was just right and adding the tiny peace of lemon to the tea did the magic and it was so pleasant that I reordered one more to enjoy the same taste over again. The coffee was just okay.
It had become quite noisy by around 8pm and the waiter continuously kept checking on us, indicating that it's not a place for a long conversation as long as continuous food isn't involved.
