Hotel Sidhartha Luxury Business Class Hotel 4 STAR

Went to its hotel today. Its was too good.the service was exemplary.especially the food and attendent Mr Gerald.quantites are enormous and total emphasis on quality and taste. I felt it needed more peoples attention.kudos

I traveled more than 300 tourist place's, and im a tourist guide as well but this hotel is not great i feel, room service is pathetic, at 7: 30pm only dinner almost is over and no hot water in room, mosquito's in the room no mosquito coil in the room, for 4 ppl we got one water bottle. In restaurant service also worst and expensive

We had a comfortable stay on 29th August 2023. The staff was very courteous and caring, esp the Operations Manager Mr. Lins.
We also met the MD Mr. Prathap, as a matter of courtesy. He is a wonderful person and spared to see us.

I went there to book rooms for my guests. The lobby, the lift, the corridor and the rooms were smelling bad. Supposed to be a 4 star category but there wasn't even a proper receptionist in uniform. The reception area looked very dark and again an unhygienic smell of cigarette smoke and alcohol as you enter the entire hotel. I should say at one point of time it was a nice place but the standard has really come down.

Comfortable hotel at a central location in Chalakudy. Bedding was clean and room was spacious. A good option for a family stay. Has restaurants, banquet halls, gym and other facilities. Normal as well as suite rooms are available. Market area is just outside the property. Transports like autos are easily available and the railway station is not very far away.

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to popular attractions and transportation. The surrounding area offers a vibrant atmosphere, with plenty of dining options, shopping centers, and entertainment venues within walking distance.

The customer service is pathetic. The manager is very rude and thinks he is superior to anyone else. Truly dissatisfied and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had conducted a family function here. Hall was spacious, food was excellent, arrangements were sharp. Special thanks to joby, he have helped tremendously. Thank u siddartha and staff for making our day memorable. Plan to conduct more events here.

Actually itz a bar hotel. Not recommended for families. Bar customers disturbed ladies in the rooms.

Booked the hall for a function.
Hall and ambience was nice. Powercut was really affecting the mood of the function, lights were getting on and off. Even though I booked the hall for 3 hours, they were eager to turn off the ac at two and half hours even with people inside. Food was very average. 30 cars can park it seems. An ok place to conduct small functions.

This is one amongst the two hotels present within Chalakudy. The hotel in general was pretty good. The food was decent but not to my taste. There is excessive use of coconut oil on all the dishes which you may need to be aware of.
The rooms were good and spacious. We had problems with the hot water in the bathrooms though. Definitely a good enough place to opt for but keep the disadvantages in mind.

We had lunch at Sidhartha. Very tasty. Service of staff was super. Though we arrived there late, they did a good job arranging good food very fast.

Once you are in the hotel & if you want to go out of the building in the night time, the security will never allow and needed face his verbal abuse. It's like a hostel. Attitude of the security is like we are staying for free and once we are in hotel we are trapped. Very bad experience.

First of all, this is not a four star rated hotel. The rooms were spacious and good enough for the charge I paid. This doesn't have a dedicated room/common room to accommodate drivers. No adequate lightings inside the hotel.

Good food and good service, except that the American chopsuey had too much sauce and was too sweet.
Ordered dragon beef, dragon chicken, chilly prawns dry, fish stick and chicken manchow soup. Everything was good except American chopsuey.

I stayed here for 7 days.the service was excellent and the price range was good.good comfortable stay and homely environment.i must say that everything was excellent.the location of hotel is quite good.all staffs were so good and friendly.i would recommend this hotel to others having a business trip.

Place is located in the centre, hotel staff not attentive, broken room locks, ac vent makes lot of noise, no response from reception, room service. To get a bottle of water i had to wait 1 hr. I had to go down to the reception n get water myself. Was not a good experience at all, taking hospitality for granted

I had 3 days stay at sidhartha and it was great stay. I came from us I never had any bad experiences at there, staffs were really friendly and helpful in my need. And the food was awesome, thank you

I had the most worst experience at this hotel. The dinner I had from there gave me food poisoning, I had to attend to attend my cousins wedding the next day couldn't even attend the function properly vomited all the food that I had from that place. They serve old food, dosnt have enough staff pls don't go to this place

Place is located in the chalakudy centre, hotel staff not attentive, no response from reception, room service. Have 2/3 bars where we can get a good service and have a decent parking space

A business class hotel with multi cuisine restaurants, health club, board rooms, auditorium, free wifi, luxurious rooms and suite rooms etc. Located at Chalakudy. I stayed in hotel with my family it’s a nice and pleasant stay with excellent caring, good rooms neat and clean with lots of amenities, quick service very very tasty food

Had a great experience. Well maintained for buisness class purposes. All staffs were very much friendly and cooperative.

Room was not clean due to covid or some other reasons I think, spacious room, nice people, breakfast was not available due to lack of staff.

Good except it was too dark. Absolutely no light as it was 11 pm I reached the hotel and had to search it like anything. Not even the name board or any such place. Understood it was due to COVID situation but at least from the view point of customer little steps could have been taken care. Reception, corridor were dark too.room was decent enough.sofa could have been clean though.didn't feel it was not worth to spend. Little care could have grabbed 5 stars.

Very noisy halls, noise from other halls cause a lot of disturbance to other halls on the same floor

Food was mediocre. Chicken 65 was garbage. I got bones and ligaments. If you can, ask for boneless which is not listed on the menu.

This is the best hotel in Chalakudy town for family staying. They have nice bar and restaurant. Food is awesome and they have a very elite history in hospitality. You will love this place and service also excellent. Biriyani is another specialities of them. Very close to railway station and bus station. Neat and clean rooms. Bar is excellent.enjoy the place

Doesn't have the amneties of a 4 star hotel.
Very poor and dim lighting, the toilet was clogged two times, and the sings of damages are too visible.

It was a very good experience. Excellent service, impeccable rooms, hygeine and bathrooms, overall everything except food (which I didn't have the time to try) was awesome.

Great place to go with friends. Not much crowded and provides great service. The food is also great and affordable. Located just alongside of old market to railway station road, chalakudy. Have lots of parking space and no parking fees charged. You do get all kinds of beverages here.

HOtel sidhartha is a 4 star luxury hotel. They have all the world class facilities which includes gym, Restaurant, buffet breakfast that serves delicious mouth watering dishes. They also have luxury style party halls which is very impressive. And yes nowadays we face the parking crunch. And we don’t have to worry about that here.

I stayed there for 3 days with my family. The place has an excellent location as it is walking distance to the local markets and 2 mins from the highway. The staff were very accommodating to our requests especially as we had 2 very small kids with us. The food was great too! We did see the rooms at 2 other hotels in the area but the rooms here were by far the best by a long shot.

Had an excellent experience hosting my guests and family members from Jaipur. Despite of being far off from the mainland, they maintained good decorum and hospitality.

A very dark enviornment is provided inside the palour bt suitable to hangout with frnds and get chilled beer.very good services.parking spot is provided and front lobby is equipped with visitors launch and front office

Decent place for a short stay in Chalakkudy. I felt the price is a bit on the higher side. You may find better budget hotels that kind of offer similar facilities.

A good hotel in Chalakudy. It was a very poor bar a few years ago. Even before that it was a theatre someone said. But now, is one of the best places to stay in Chalakudy. The AC bar is also good when compared to other places in Chalakudy.

There is problem with the AC. It's suffocation initially, it took 3-4 hours to come to normal condition. This is not expected after paying 2k +.

Rooms are neat
Toilet is neat (closets are really white)
Jaguar fittings are new
Food quality is really good and hot
Coffee and Tea good
Excellent Parking facility
Very near to the NH
Room service is good
Cons:
No A/C in reception - hot
Saw small cockroaches near the doors
Hot water was not really hot during the morning. It was just warm
Wifi reach is poor
Due to closing of windows and AC not functioning smell is coming.

These are minor issues. It is not easy to maintain the hotels due to higher running costs. The occupancy rate has to be more than 80% to maintain the hotel. Siddartha is doing good. Just they need to emphasize on more cleaning and make it still more better to reach 4.5.
But overall I had a very good experience. Based on earlier reviews, I asked the restaurant closing time and it was 10 PM and the breakfast starts at 7.30. The guys in restaurant are smart. Definitely a right place to stay in challakudi.

It's your average hotel but a decent one in the area. Encountered torn towels, a torn bedsheet and an issue with the toilet. They could do a better job with the upkeep of the room. However, we did have some good thattu dosas for breakfast.

Good hotel with party rooms where small gatherings can be organised. Cordial and very cooperative staff.
