A good place to halt for those who visit Guruvayoor. Front office staff is very efficient and helpful.

I stayed for a night, The rooms were neat, The Complementary breakfast provided was good & tasty, Service provided was good

One of the oldest Hotel in Guruvayur. Opposite to Private Bus Stand, very far off from the Temple. Renovation is going on.

Location is 1 km to temple, expensive but not worthy to stay.
Complementary breakfast is useless

An awesome hotel to stay at Guruvayur. They have an excellent team of professionals who are with for our help at anytime. Last time there was an AC issue at my room.within a short time they have upgraded my room to their Club rooms. A decent complementary breakfast is also available at the hotel

We had very nice experience in this hotel, the rooms are clean has a bit odour may because the building is old, food was really tasty.
It is just walkable distance from east nada, highly recommended. Special mention to receptionist chechi for helping us with local attractions suggestions

The hotel was safe, neat, and hygienic. The staff's behavior was good. It's in East Nada of Guruvayoor temple. Compared to Elite Hotel and Sreekrishna Inn, this place is somewhat far from the temple. For old people a bit difficult to walk this distance. All the other facilities are great.

It was a pleasant experience, clean room, clean toilets, good quality toiletries, good behaviour staff, family friendly environment, guruvayur temple at walking distance, food lounge, swimming pool, good quality food, all easily accessible facilities in an affordable hotel price

The experience with Hotel Sopanam Heritage was not memorable and i will not be booking this hotel even if its the last hotel in Guruvayoor.

We stayed for a night and purpose was to visit the temples nearby hence we booked considering its near to krishna temple.

The hotel is old so is the service.
Room service is horrible. Nothing is in the menu and they take 30-50 min just for a plate of french fries which after eating gives you bad stomach. I can smell the unhealthy oil from the french fries. Coffee is watery, no milk no coffee but bunch of sugar.

The complimentary breakfast was horrible in service and taste. Nothing was in order no plates no food etc.
Food was inedible, idli dosa was hard and sour and chutney was spoiled. Other food is not even approachable.

Staff seems inexperience and they don't know where the guest are staying
They even blocked my way to my room saying its not way to my room.

Room size is decent but lacking in many things. No dressing table or desk for keeping toiletry no place to hang wet clothes.

Overall i will not be visiting and will recommend others to check and book.

Very bad service.
They overcharged me. No value for money. The water in the bathroom was reddish in colour. The view from the balcony was below average. We had breakfast in package. We were not satisfied with the breakfast quality. Bed linen was very dirty, we didn't expect that i current covid 19 situations. Anyway the tea was just awesome.

Good rooms. The rooms on the 2nd floor are really good and spacious. I could see few rooms which are of smaller in size on the 3rd floor, even the cost per night is different for those I believe. Good behaviour from staff, they have a restaurant and a bar. Restaurant closes at 10.30 pm

Poolside bar is the best - ac or non ac, i liked both of them. It's less crowded, but a lil expensive. The ambiance and the calmness is what makes it a good place to have a couple of cold ones. They don't have a lot of the items theyve listed on the menu. I mean like mocktails or mojitos, and especially food that isnt ordered often, like for eg. If there's something new on the menu that you havent heard before and you wanr to try, chances are - they won't have it.

Nice place for events and get together. Calm atmosphere, spacious halls, excellent customer service, sufficient parking area. Overall good experience, food was ok. Tried only vegetarian. Food was a bit cold towards the end of the function. Could have been better.

Good clean rooms and bathrooms, However stay away from their restaurant, we tried non veg and veg both are awful.
They served Coffee with coffee powder floating on top, I don't have the guts to try tea.

Stay there but have food from somewhere else

Had a very good experience staying there with family. Reception staffs were very friendly, food was also awesome and rooms were spacious neat and clean. Highly recommended.

The lift operator mislead us to some other function and a different floor even after informing him the correct name of the person who conducted the event.

Bathroom roof was damaged and was in bad shape.clear indication of carelessness. Curtains were damaged they used tapes to fix them instead of buying new ones.

This was the second time we were staying in Sopanam Heritage. The hotel is very neat and rooms are very spacious. The service which we got were excellent. The complementary breakfast we got was outstanding. Really Sopanam Heritage is a good Hotel to stay. There the parking place also good.

Overall a good place with an easy access from the main road. The auditorium and the dining area was spacious. The rooms we book was not that great with bit too small washing area and was not that clean as well. Suitable for small and medium level function and gatherings. Good service from the staff.

It is near to the East Nada at Guruvayoor. There is five minute walk to the temple. Near to the Private Bus Station and near to the temple parking area. The road to the hotel is congested. Having parking for guests vehicles. Nice and clean rooms. Good break fast, having buffet system.

Good food, both veg or non veg. A good hotel to stay and dine while you are in Guruvayoor. Few minutes away from the temple, ample car parking, excellent staff and management.

The worst hotel I hv seen in my life. No responsibility they don't know how to take care the customers especially the Rajeev front officer.travelling from Bangalore reaching morning to hotel and no rooms after booked and reconfirmed over phone to this fellow.please take care booking this hotel never suggest to anybody.

Good stay.
Booked through yathra app, had to face check in problem. They app showed different check-in and check-out time. Hotel denied the timing which we have booked. Atlast we have to cancel our booking and take a new room in the same hotel. It was not possible to take another room in different hotel during midnight.
Thanks to hotel staff, kindly gave us the room.

First star hotel in Guruvayur. Got spacious big rooms with all amenities and facilities. Courteous staff taking real care of the guests. Affordable pricing compared to other star hotels in Guruvayur. Stayed twice, totally satisfied

Good reception. Good management. Good rooms toilets were clean but little old. Large parking. Liquor u will get in room service, swimming pool available, sea foods also available. But little expensive.

First this is a non veg bar attached hotel. So if anyone preferring to stay away from these tags in guruvayoor this is not the place. Good staff, restaurant food was very nice. I opted for duke AC its a bit old room were bathroom tiles and sanitary fitings are out dated which really need to be change. Linen was clean lobby was beautiful. Pool was there but there is lack of privacy. Parking space is good, if ur lucky there are covered spaces also.
