Worst service ever for the price. Room service hangs up on you without any reason. HOUSEKEEPER ENTERED MY ROOM WITHOUT MY PERMISSION WHILE I WAS OUTSIDE! If you care about your personal belongings or the naughty time you spend with your partner please avoid this hotel.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Services are decent.even washroom had too much space.although jetspray holder was broker that is not much serious.

Overall a very old type hotel with very less renovation. Bathrooms had taps in broken condition. Rooms smell bad in general

Hotel location is good, 15 minutes to domestic airport. Smart lock not working, we did not get hot water in our room. They charge 37rs for 1lt of water which is very bad.

Nice ambiance and guest treatment was good states in 203. I wish all the best and refer to friends to visit and stay.

Everything from reception lobby to rooms are perfect, except for the breakfast area. The breakfast buffet spread is quite good but it's arranged in a non Ac open area. They have an adjoining bar restaurant which has car parking space. But you have to demand that space for in-house guest's car parking.

Ambiance is good but I Had very bad experiance from the hotel today, had to leave the food and come out in 15mins.

They have 24 hrs checkout if you book directly with them. Inside Air conditioning seema inadequate to control aet temperature in summer

Fantastic hotel with excellent customer satisfaction. The reception and the waiting lobby is very comfortable. There is also a beautiful music 24x7.

Its a very good hotel. Airport is just a walk away. Good service and very Good food and a clean room. I definitely want my friends to choose this hotel.

Well we were here for an overnight stay and found the place ok. The place is located on the trivandrum byepass. This place features a restaurant and a bar. I found parking to be the most unplanned amenity at the premises. We had to park the car outside. The food service was ok. The room is of decent size. Without the fan at full speed you might have to get urself a good quality mosquito repellant for a good night’s sleep. I found some of the linens to have dirty spots. Overall an Ok place only if you are looking for a place to sleep.

Food was ok, service was terrible really untrained staff. No investment of staff trainings they have good location nothing else. Almost run out!

My niece's engagement function was held here on 17th March 2019. Liked the way the Management and staff made all the arrangements - stage, food, serving the food, cleanliness of the washrooms, parking and the other small little things that are crucial for the success of an engagement function - and above all, the way they kept reassuring us; especially my tensed brother, with hearty smiles. I was at SPS Kingsway to have a couple of beer. The abience is good and the service here is quit remarkable. As I just the used local bar here for the beer, even though the toilet is clean and tidy, they should have been more clear about the fittings.other than that I really liked this place.

Near to Trivandrum international airport, fairly ok kind of a place. Flyover construction going right in front of the hotel

Breakfast menu is average. Rooms are spacious but ensure the windows are closed in ac rooms otherwise you will have sleep less nights due to mosquito bites.

Definitely a decent place to stay. Very close to international airport, just a km away. And domestic airport is 4 kms away. It has a in house restaurant. Food was decent but not great. Service was good. The rooms did not have a balcony. An extra bed is very difficult to position. If placed there's barely place to move around. WiFi was decent again. Washrooms are spacious and neatly maintained.

Visited Kings way Bar with some friends Since it was a dry day, the place was relatively empty. The waiters were attentive, and immediately attended to us, and even lowered the music when we felt it was too loud on occasions. Coming to the food - BDF was nice, but the rest was a disappointment - the PERROTA was soggy, the fish was dry, There are other places in Trivandrum which serve better food at much cheaper prices. The garlic naan was the only bread which was the best. I will never visit our again. The staff doesn't take a minute to say NO to you on your face and are too rigid considering they are in service industry. A little twitching here and there doesn't hurt and the customer walks out happily and wants to go back again. Bar is only for clients for business meets as it's paid for by the company. Never again!
