Hotel Surabhi Tourist Home & Restaurant

Room # 45, one of the worst, main door lock is not working. No lock for wash room and bath room, very bad smell coming.

When i visited.
Some about 1.5 km away from Angamaly Ksrtc bus stand.
Angamaly for kalady is the nearest Railway Station.
Congested parking slots. Located to road side.
A/C and Non A/C hall are available.
Near to that hotel is available but to crowded but survive members are less (2 or 3).
I ordered horliks which is sugarless and and more quantity of water.

Very bad behavior with gust.iam booked in 3 person room in online.but they dont give me extra bed.

Better rooms. Neat and clean.better rate for executives. Present staffs also good.
Restaurant facility also good.

A well manage staff and nice hospitality. Helpful staff help me to find out my missed out luggage from Rikshawala. Salute to their hospitality. Nice environment clean room and friendly behaviour of restaurant staff. Nice experience.

Customer service poor. Somewhat rude behaviour. Even they don't provide bedsheets. We have to ask each and everything.

I am giving 5 rating because we cancelled the room because of hot water unavailability. And the front desk guys are nice and accepted the cancellation. They were suggesting alternative options near the town and trying to help us.

Only bedsheet was clean.all other stuff were so dirty.cant open windows at night due to mosquitoes

Budget stay in Angamaly, but now its 620 INR for single room per day! Location is 5 minutes walks from KSRTC stand angamaly.

Very poor, dont go for this at any cost. Receptionist is not in good manners, Please check whether the room is clean or any insect is there before paying ur advance, especially non AC double room and they not even provide bed sheet.

Stayed one day there. It's near from angamaly police station.the hotel looks quite good. Good for families to stay. Rooms are also ok.neat room.price is also reasonable 500 rs for single non AC room and 750 rs for double non AC room. They have a restaurant also you can dine there

I took a Double room (Non AC)
@ Rs. 840/- per day. Room was OK. Bathroom wasn't very clean. Toilet flush wasn't working properly. No Hot water to shower & No blanket provided due to shortage.

Really worth for the Money. Single Non AC Room starting with Rs. 500. Neat Room and good parking facility (4wheeler) Also there own Restaurant near to Room with good tasty Food

ഓയിൽ റൂം ബുക്ക് ചെയ്ത് പണം അടച്ച ശേഷം ഞാൻ ഈ ഹോട്ടലിൽ എത്തിയപ്പോൾ ഹോട്ടൽ മാനേജർ നൽകിയ മറുപടി നിങ്ങൾക്ക് റൂം നൽകാൻ സാധിക്കുന്നതല്ല എന്നും വേണമെങ്കിൽ ആയിരം രൂപ അടച്ച് റൂം എടുക്കാനും ആണ്.
ഓയിൽ റൂം ബുക്ക് ചെയ്ത് പെയ്മെന്റ് നടത്തിയശേഷം മാത്രമാണ് ഞാനീ ഹോട്ടലിൽ രാത്രി എത്തിച്ചേർന്നത്.
അതിനായി അവർ നൽകിയ വിശദീകരണം തൃപ്തികരം അല്ലായിരുന്നു. നിങ്ങൾക്ക് എന്തെങ്കിലും പറയാനുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഓയുടെ കസ്റ്റമർ കെയറിൽ വിളിച്ച് പറയുവാൻ ആണ് ആ രാത്രി എന്നോട് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടത്. വളരെ നിരാശകരമായ സർവീസ് ആണ് ഉണ്ടായത്. അതിനാൽ ഓരോ വഴി റൂം ബുക്ക് ചെയ്യുവാൻ ഈ ഹോട്ടൽ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്നവർ വളരെ സൂക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

I took a Double room @ Rs700 per day. Room was OK. Bathroom wasn't very clean. Toilet flush wasn't working properly. No blanket provided due to shortage. They have a hotel on the ground floor. After placing an order you will have to wait for half an hour to get your food. Comparatively cheap lodging in the area.
