Very poor customer service.not worth of rupees.i had never felt this type of bad experience in any of the restaurant from pkd.

Very bad service. The waiter isn't even coming to take order, even though the hotel was empty. The food was very stale, and the service is very bad. When we asked about it, their response was, they are new management. I don't think that's an appropriate answer to it.
Overall don't waste your time to have food frol here. Service is really bad and food is not upto the point.

Very bad experience they didn't deserve one star. Don't eat any food from this hotel to expensive and gst, stale food

POOR QUALITY FOOD.
Visited for parcel.brought Food Beef with porata and Fried rice. Fried rice is average.pepper Beef was really bad.beef was not cooked well also taste is poor. Not worth.while buying porata curry would be given along with that but here Nothing.to degrade this was worst experience.

TBH the food is actually good! But i had a bad experience, I ordered a combo of alfaham and 2 porotta and and a extra chapati. I ordered through zomato. But when I received the order there was only alfaham and a single porotta I tried to contact the hotel but they didn't picked the call. Then I messaged zomato and they gave me a promo code worth 50. I have ordered before also from this restaurant but this was my first bad experience, atleast they should have picked the call.

If I could give lower stars I would have.

First off we had to literally shout to get a waiter to take our order.

They give away discount coupons for food and when you try to claim it, they give petty excuses and reject it.

Would be fine if the food taste was worth it, but it's not. It's mediocre and bland.

Waste of money.

കുറെ ജില്ലകളിൽ പോയി ഭക്ഷണം കഴിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് ഇത്രയും wrost experiance. ഫുഡ് ഓർഡർ എടുക്കാൻ വന്നവർ വേണോ വേണ്ടയോ പോലെ ഫുഡ് ഓർഡർ ചെയ്ത വരാൻ തന്നെ late അത് വന്നത് ഓരോനനോരോന്നായി നല്ലം gap വിട്ട് എല്ലാം കഴിച്ച ക്ഷേശം ആണ് അതിൻ്റ് ഒപ്പം കഴിക്കാൻ ഉള്ളത് കൊണ്ടുവരാന് ഞാൻ അത് പാർസൽ വാങ്ങി. കൂടാതെ ഫുഡ് wrost quantity തീരെ ഇല്ല

I visited this restaurant recently during lunch.and ordered fish biriyani, I thought it will be neymeen.like every other fish biriyanis in other restaurants, but they brought a bad tasting tamil nadu style curry rice which they call “biriyani” and few peices of fish …

The fish was sooo bland and not at all tasty, and simply coated and deep freid with chilly chicken masala … ultra bad.

Then 3 different bearers came and asked me for juice.each tile i said no.but had to order, coz i cant refuse again.

I wouldnt have posted this, solely on my dine in experience, today i ordered a shawarma plate from swiggy, my home is very close to the restaurant and swiggy delivered it within 30 mins,

Trust me, the chicken was tasting soo bad, chickn was burnt and hard to chew like biscuits, and your masala in shawarma chicken was awful, combined with mayo.i had a tendency to spit out … that much worst experience you gave me.:

1 mark for food carrots and chilli.rest and that chicken etc was so bad.pls dont give it to other people.

U have a hotel in the centre of palakkad, u have invested in kitchen, furniture and interior.u have everything at hand.but the product u are selling is not clicking …

So, its not too late.for a brand new hotel like yours to completely revamp …
fire yur chefs, put new staffs.and master the taste of yur food that your willing to sell
