Had a very pleasant stay at Vakkom Pallazo. It is an amazing hotel situated on the lakeside. Mr Vipin and his team (Aghil, Sandhrya) are very courteous. Highly recommended

We have travelled to varkala in package, and stay in this hotel. Quality of food good, got my Gujarati test, service for food is also good.behaviour of food court main person Sony is really good. Rooms and room service are also good.

Overall it was a good experience, the kitchen staff especially Soni Bhai's behavior was very good

Amazing trip. Can't recommend enough. Vakkom palazzo is really nice, you see so much without spending too long on the boat. Food was the best we've had on any tour in Trivandrum.kayaking experience with Ramesh and his team was the highlight of our kerala trip in summer.kayaks and the whole plan and schedule was well organised and very comfortable. For a first-timer on a kayak, this could very well be the most enjoyable way to learn it! Whether you are an Indian or a foreign national. Be it a budget trip, a luxury trip or a family holiday, this backwater kayaking is not to be missed to experience the backwaters and the quiet, green, from up close. The route we rowed was also surprisingly very clean, quiet and beautiful.

This hotel is large and well located. Prices seem reasonable at this level. The staff are friendly, the restaurant is excellent be at the fantastic breakfast or dinner in the evening, made more enjoyable by the personal staff.

Really it’s a great place to spend with family & friends. The rooms, service and food is good and especially the kayaking and Shikara boat ride to island ️ is a great experience Thank you Team Vakkom Palazzo…

Visited one day before the new year at lunchtime. No one took the order. The chef didn't know that along with sweet corn chicken soup, soya sauce, tomato sauce, chill & vinegar should be served.
They keep the window of the dining hall open if no customers are there. All insects and foul smells from nearby water bodies fill the dining Hall.

I had a very good experience. I have stayed for two nights.the service which I had was very good.the staff's are very polite and good behavior. Then the food was excellent.and also they are providing Shikara boating and kayaking which is worthy and affordable price.we have enjoyed alot.

The hotel looks standard than other hotels, from my experience especially their rooms are pleasent and comfortable to a hotel standard I mostly loved the staff behaviour.having no beach view isn't a problem having a very good backwater with boating is amazing in this place the golden island is fantastic

Located on the background of backwater at VAkkam panchayat in Thiruvananthapuram district on Vakkam-Varkala road, it is a lovely residing place for tourists with well furnished and neatly maintained rooms. Delicious lunch with locally available fish varieties are a treat for the visitors. An added attraction is the boat services operated from the boat jetty located in the rear side of the lodge for an enjoyable backwater ride. Also accessible to the Golden Island, a privately owned island housing 100 years old Shiva Parvathy temple.

Out standing service, well organized fun activities, good ambiance, five star ratings in service.

I had worst experience. Atmosphere there is good but staff attitude is too bad. Food is also bad and expensive too. Waste of money.

Didn't stay here. At 1: 30pm, On my way, I entered the hotel asking the security if the Restaurant is open.and the answer was Yes. The hotel manager made us wait in the lobby for about 20 mints after which they lead us to 2nd floor saying the restaurant is ready. However it was, just a small room with 2 tables and dome chairs and 1 waiter wad waiting for us to order the food. Menu card is not available due to some reason.we ordered the food and waited for 1 hr 30 mints. During this time we got 1 lime juice for my son.
At 3pm we left the hotel with empty stomach.
Very very bad experience. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
Just paid 500 rupees and left to nearby Restaurants.

Think of a 4star hotel and u will end up something in TVM city when u want to explore varkala, kovalam and kollam beaches, the one place which links all together will be one destination which is unexplored. Vakkom.travellers who left behind this connecting place…obviously people cannot travel all three places in a single travel.well let this staycation be one of its kind where u get to explore all 3 destinations in a single trip.the ambience, food and the hospitality in this wonderful resort “Vakkom Palazzo” make u experience of a pleasure trip to that of a getaway vacation.guys full marks to this great place, forgot to mention the one of its kind boating madness.try this out oeii…
