Hotel Virad

Food was pathetic. We ordered dosas and the dosa was sour than the curd. And the sambar they served too was stale.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, they were always friendly i highly recommended this hotel for enyone visiting kottakkal

Hotel is located on National highway, accessible and closeby from Kotakkal Ayurveda College. Rooms are spacious yet stuffy as windows are covered with tinted glass, which is very unusual which makes the room dark and dingy. The mattresses are old saggy and not at all comfortable to sleep. Bedsheets are dirty, soiled and not washed.front desk staff take a lot of time to complete check-in. There is no Room service. I stayed for three days and inspite of requesting room was not cleaned for once. Served breakfast at 9 am. They have limited options.for dinner. I don't recommend dinner at the hotel.

The staff of this hotel don't even know how to treat their guests. My experience attending a group function today was very bad. They don't even have the behavior of normal canteen waiters. Never suggest this hotel for a group event.

It was a wonderful stay for 2 days, best rooms at this rate, staff's hospitality was excellent especially Vishal at front office was so humble, friendly and welcoming with a very pleasant and high voltage smile always.

We only conducted the buffet party.
The rude performance of the staffs and insufficient food, serving to all make all the fun.

Word from owner: - for all the guests using bare hands in an inebriated condition.

Your staffs serving like that we don't.

And our suggestion is guide your staffs to don’t do like that.

Don’t cover up your faults.

And we 15 peoples after the meeting is having the food and all 15 shared the same.

I don’t think it’s all 15 peoples mistake.

One of the worst hotels i have been and the attitude of the staff is very bad. They even had a physical fight with one of the customer. I will never suggest this place to anyone.

Rooms good. Services poor. Delay in serving breakfast and checking out. Over-all bad experience.

The worst Bar i have gone to. The service was very poor and I even got to see their true colours when they actually beat up three of their customers when they complained against one of their bearers to the counter.

Very nice room.me and my husband enjoyed the stay.staffs are more polite and friendly.they even bring food to our room if we order from their restaurant.cleanliness was okayish.overall i like it.

Amazing dinning experience. Don't expect a huge dinning area and buffet counters. But what you will get a premium service with warm pleasantries. I never experienced such a warmth from restaurant in kerala. How many times a waiter asked you, did you like the food, and thank you at at the end of your meal. Food is tasty and well served.
