Overall good, One disappointment us that, they have not adequately charged TV, kids got nothing to watch, sometime tv is required to calm kids,

Another bad aspect is the stinky basement, smells like rotten fish

The rooms were good. The bathroom was smelly, seemed like the vent wasn't working. When raised a complaint, the housekeeping came in and flushed twice and did nothing else. Bedsheets were stained. The corridor was filled with ciggy smoke on the Vishu. We could hear loud music and talks from nearby rooms. We knew they were boozing and smoking even though it was written No smoking in the rooms. Didn't have a pleasant stay.

The hotel was neat and the rooms very nice, except the basement which could have been kept neat and well lit. The food and the service was also pretty good, the team was very responsive and accomodated all our requests.

Rooms are good and clean. But car parking at times is a head ache especially when some function is being held there in their halls.

The room was clean and good. But the service, OMG. It was terrible to the extend. Won't pick up the call even if we call to the reception or even to the restaurant.and moreover there was an instance that they asked for a fine of ₹400 by saying we scratched the access card where the door lock system was having issues. When questioned back, they took back all the things they said and told no need to pay.such a fraud attitude from the employees.

Rooms are good, but poor room sevice as no one picks the call either in reception or restaurant. Intercom Numbers are not displayed anywhere and we need to go to restaurant for ordering food. Restaurant timing is not informed and we need to search for food in local shops. Complimentary breakfast service also poor. Seems like no proper staff. No drinking water and Cuttery are arranged with breakfast buffet and serving spoons are left in table mats without proper cleanliness.

Worst part is that they have very bad policy of delivering foods lately for more than one hour and the qlty of the food is not up to the mark

One of the worst restaurants in perumbavoor. They have provided food with germs. They have bad service too.

The sadhya was so delicious.all the items were good. The property is also an great one.good atmosphere

They parceled Onasadhya without Sambhar.
Quantity they served is very minimum.

Their restaurant was very beautiful atmosphere and their service is very pleasant their thali meals is very tasty their rooms are very good quality and very good service on their staff friendly service

VKJ is a very excellent hotel in perumbavoor, and their food is very taste and healthy, the staff was very friendly and their services is very excellent. Especially their onam sadhya, very tasty sadhya and more quantity. Their restaurant was very good ambience,

So glad to be there for a meals. Such a fabulous treat. The real gluten free meals in perumbavoor gets here. Kind service and Super delicious food.

Orderd onam sadhya for 10 people, it was very tasty and had more quantity, payasam was lavish. Will surely visit next time.

We had ordered for Onam Sadya for 3 people. Paid 300 Rs /Sadya but It was not at all sufficient for 2 people. Ruined our celebration by serving insufficient quantity of dishes. I will never ever order from this hotel again.

Amazing Onasadhya
VKJ was completely packed we had to wait for 30 minutes to get the parcel but it was worth waiting the hotel, We really enjoyed Onam & Sadhya
