Nice hotel located at a kuttampuzha. Even though there are a few minor flaws, given the circumstances and limitations, it can be deemed invalid.
All in all, a good choice.

A bit expensive, but the best hotel in Kuttampuzha. Located near to Thattekad bird sanctuary and Panthapra tribal village. Like other hotels, covid has affected their business and is visible in the maintanence of rooms.
We booked a deluxe roomthrough goibibo. The rates displayed at the reception is lesser than (abt 1000inr) what I got in goibibo. Jishnu, a young gentleman with a pleasant smile welcomed us at the reception.
There was a leakage in the flush, which we informed Jishnu, without any hesitation he offered us another room. But the same issue we faced in the new room also (covid effect as I mentioned earlier). Jishnu was ready to arrange another room for us. Since we were tired, we dropped the idea to move to another room. The room was spacious enough for a small family.

While booking, make sure you have the complimentary breakfast included. We had egg curry and appam. They have a well maintained restaurant. The food served is better compared to other restaurants in the locality.

Compare to near by bar n restaurants VKJ is very costly in a remote village. Food is good but liquor is costly than any other bar nearby

Food was ok ok Ambience inside was cool Backside view of resort is awesome.can improve more infra like botting and place is near roadside and also riverside.

Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff.please note the network coverage is only for bsnl, jio and Vodafone. Wifi service is not that good. Payments can be done via UPI.
Totally the experience of river side room was good.

Also try calling them directly and booking since online sites are showing very high inflated rates

Extremely poor experience. The staff had no idea about anything. Casual attitude! Room key was not working.
Room had soil stains on the floor. Tv was not working. No bottled water was provided. Had to make a call and ask them for it. Restaurant made us wait half an hour for a couple of simple dishes, even thought there was no crowd. Ordered tea as room service and waited 20 mins. Did not arrive. Checked at the restaurant and was informed they forgot. Had to wait another 15 mins for tea. No card payment possible. They accept only gpay. But only bsnl has network. Overall a very poor experience.
Otherwise, the room and the hotel were neat with a great view of the river

This time I chose mountains over beach simply it feels so calm and beautiful also its much needed break, loved the way whole trip turned looking forward for more mountain trips

Room was nice. The balcony view to river was good. But may be due to covid, there was not much guest at the hotel and we felt isolated. There is a bar in the ground floor. The road to the hotel was under construction and very difficult to ride. Staffs were friendly and food was average.

The food was great.
The drinks was terrible.
Ordered orange juice and it was just water.

I just loved hotel vkj. The view from our balcony was awsome. Had an amazing stay there and great service. The staff was very polite and very helpful as well. The natural beauty of this place was amazing. Vkj staff has taken us to so many places, all were so beautiful and naturural beauty was there. And specially in this corona phase, they taken full care of our safety and maintained social distancing as well

Food was great. Beef sizzler is a must try. Its affordable, tastes awesome and good in quantity. Other dishes was ok.

We had 2 night stay at vkj international in december, it was a great experience finding yourself in middle of nature away from all distraction, It just fills your sould with peace and give you complete relaxation,

watching the sunset from balcony was my favorite part of the travel,

1. Bhoothathankettu dam, it's a lovely place with peaceful view of nature where you will find a path which is covered both side from water its a kind of walk that you will always remember, you can also go for boating or climb the tower that will give you a very breathtaking view from top.

3. Thattekad Bird Sanctuary, there is a little swing which was loved by my family.

4.exploring the nature with beautiful sceneries near tribal places

5.the food was awesome from VKJ and the hospitality was splendid.

6.helpful staff and clean room with views that you will never forget.

One of the international hotel situated in Kuttampuzha. River side hotel makes very much attractive and most beautiful moments.

Bad quality of food, Do you know who am I, you may see your cctv footages of 24th feb, after 1.30 pm, you served old food items to.me and my staff. Instantly we complained about quality of food. Don't argue.

Good Food and Affordable Traffic, No 24by7 Reception staff available. Hotel is located just beside the branch of Periyar river, Must say food was really good. Restaurant staff's services was very good. Only issue we faced was at the time of check-out, our check-out was morning 5: 30 AM and there was no staff available at reception and finally we have to keep the key card on the table and leave. VKJ international to Bhoothathankettu is approx 14.5 Km. Inchathotty Suspension Bridge
is 17 Kms approx

Amazing place and so beautiful hotel clean and quiet and have amazing bar so friendly staff and people in thattekad are so nice and kind and friendly I like this hotel so much the breakfast in Hotel is nice and delicious.

It is the best restaurant in Kuttampuzha. It provide many varieties of food and also provide auditorium facilities which are perfectly suitable for a traveller and also they are very good to plan any meetings. It is near to a river so it's natural beauty is so beautiful.

Hotel and premises were neat and clean, but the problem was with their room services. Whenever we tried calling to the reception or other numbers of the hotel, they will not respond. When we inquired about that they told that their MD has arrived there, but that shouldn't affect the customers. Our breakfast was delayed and we had to wait at the restaurant for a while. Breakfast was not good.

Situated on the bank of Kuttampuzha river, right on the side of the main road connecting Kothamangalam with Pooyamkutty in Kuttampuzha Panchayath, which is a great region of tourist attraction.

Excellent.service was outstanding. Staff members were welcoming and friendly. Nothing was impossible around them. Well maintained and good security protocols are followed. Nice place to stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
