Very bad service. They didn't take order for half hour even after asking them to. Usually i understand their concern as employees. But these ppl prompt me to post this review. Very disappointed.

Good customer service and one lady brought food to us. She is very friendly and talkative her named Sheeja. And the food is as very tasty bt the quantity was less, Overall such a nice experience

Food and Ambience was great, but the Highlight was the service which was top Notch. We were served by Ms. Sheeja. She was very pleasant and courteous.
Was very surprised to find such a nice place in that area. It was our first visit and would surely recommend others to visit and taste the food.

One of the best in Thrissur - Kunnamkulam highway to dine in.no flies, nice atmosphere & almost expected taste.but delay to serve food, staff attitude is average & too costly

Need lot of improvements like,
1. No Wi-Fi
2. TV is available but there's no remote to operate
3. TataSky is available, but you've to recharge by yourself
4. No one will knock your door to ask what is needed
5. And no landline phone available if you need to talk to reception
6.0 hospitality
7. Rooms are uncleaned and could see lot of ants and insects in floor
8. The AC quality is good but you cannot enjoy it because of poor quality bed quilt

Don't advertise your property to attract customers by showing the facilities you don't offer.

The worst experience I ever had with oyo, awful and rude staff, they made me wait for 2 hours even though room was available. They don't provide the minimum facilities a lodge provides. The room was unhygienic, toilets were not clean, no towels and soap. There was continuous disturbence throughout the stay, after leaving the room I could see two people in a table having food in front of our room, even though they had the dining facilities downstairs, the kind of humaniliation was so much that I had to check out early.

It's just ok for one night stand in journey. The cleanliness is less than average. The rooms are congested. The charges are above average

We had a take away breakfast from this restaurant and we loved the food. I am sure to stop by during any future rides on this route.

Amazing food! What I liked most is their Service. One Lady named Sheeja was exceptionally good! Cordial! She was like a mother who kept on feeding us with loads of love!

A very clean hotel on the highway, the service was also good, although they didn’t warn us about the huge portion which we ordered. That was a big let down as we had too much food and had to take the rest home.

Recommended. Their food is good, ambiance is good and very peaceful. The waitress was very calm and took her time to explain to us about their special dishes. The only downside was the portion they served. We were 3 and they served portion that was suitable for 8 people. This resulted in food wastage as well as paying double than what we should've. Atleast they could've warned us about the portion.

Good place but badly maintained. Okay food. We ordered prawns but we got it almost uncooked. Could understand that the prawns was kept in the deep freezer for ages.

One of the best non-veg restaurant in town. A combination of good food and great ambience. Kurathikozhi from their menu was one of the best chicken dish i have had. Simply awesome.

A very calm and pleasing place to have food in. The staff are very friendly and the food is priced reasonably. The food tastes wonderfull as well, so its a good bang for your buck. So if you're passing through the area and want to have a good place to sit down and have food definitely recommend.

Firstly a WOW! For their sincere service. I have travelled a lot and explored many hotels but haven't seen a remarkable service like this ever. Very pleasant and standard keeping attitude is shown towards customers.

Their dishes tastes like it is being cooked in our home only. Very satisfied

Kudam biryani was good. Fish meals was also good expect the white rice was half cooked. Chicken kondattam was spicy and was of good portion.

Visited this place with 2 others. The waiter insisted us to buy a full portion curry for 3 people and half of it was left over as the full portion curry provided was too much for us to finish. What ever is your motive, wasting food is not recommended. 2 out of 3 dishes ordered was too salty. And because of the quantity provided, they put a huge bill.

And the positive side, the staffs are polite, good ambience, good food presentation.
