With a full time maid at home and a part time one who came to clean once a week, I never thought I would ever want to use the service of a housekeeping company.
But once I used the service of hygienics for a deep cleaning service, there was no going back. It was only after using the service, I realised what I was missing. The quality of service ->how they clean each nook and corner, from floor to the ceiling, and along with their professionalism, the service is unmatchable.

I want to recommend Hygienics to everyone. They are proffesional. Every nook and corner has been cleaned. The pipes got its shine back. Dusting was done efficiently including Sofa, Fans, carperts and over shelfs where normally it is diffcult for us to reach. The Chimney looks new after cleanin the oil and smoke which got seggregated in years. I have seen the efforts they took to ensure that. TV screen and other electronic items were carefully cleaned. They are using branded lotions which was giving a perfumic aroma for long. I was taken aback seeing the dedication and hardwork the staffs showcased. No matter what the cost is very much justified. I am a happy customer of their service, would really urge everyone to check their service and feel the difference.

I have availed the services of Hygienics and were just perfect. My house was a mess, since I was not able to give more attention to cleaning as I was always busy with work. They came in, dusted and moped the whole house, the few cupboards I asked them to clean was all taken down, cleaned and arranged back properly. I availed the service of Hygienics for deep cleaning of my two storied house in October 2022. I must say they did a wonderful job in making my home spotless. They cleaned the windows, fan, furniture, kitchens slabs and bathroom very well. All the furniture were arranged like before after cleaning was done. We are customers for last 5 Years and getting services every week. Hence our house is very clean and hygiene. I have a 2 bedroom flat in Ernakulam which was lying unused for a long time. The lockdown caused by Covid prevented us from going there for almost two years. Hence, I decided to use the services of Hygienics (got through the reference of my sister in law) for cleaning up the flat thoroughly. The staff who came to clean up were quite professional in their approach. The fans, lights, switchboards, doors, windows, mosquito nets, bathrooms, kitchen, walls, floor, cots, mattresses, sofa sets, dining table, chairs, and other furniture were cleaned properly from all sides. Even the curtains were vacuum cleaned. I must say I was impressed as this was the first time that I took the service of an agency to clean the house. Highly recommended!

They performed an extremely thorough job. They were pretty accommodative to our requirements as well. The constant commitment from the management team was very helpful. I would strongly recommend their services. We were very pleased.

Totally unprofessional. I got suggested first about their service from a family friend and contacted them. Very professional, eager at first. After they secured the tender first 2-3 months were they did a good work disregarding few small damages they caused to my walls. I will have to repaint my walls now. But we were ok with overlooking the same as the house was free from dust. But during the last few months they started lagging in their duties. Number of people sent to work reduced, cleaning hours reduced, not properly cleaned and everything seemed to be a rush. We raised our concerns and one day they informed us they are stopping the service just through a message. How unprofessional a business can be. Always so responsive at first and this is how they treat their customers at last. So after this fiasco we contacted our family friend who suggested them first. We got to know the team stopped their service too stating lack of time slot. Then we realised what they were playing. These people drop their old customers and start with new ones. Is it because they can charge higher rates or they could easily make more money through their deep cleaning packages? Just so disappointed.

Used them for deep cleaning my parents house. Very good experience. Passed my mom's tough standards and the cleaners successfully eased her worries of using an agency workers to help clean. Crew got here on time, had brought all supplies/equipment needed, very flexible with which rooms to work on based on our needs, asked if bedsheets need to be changed, got additional crew in the afternoon as they freed up from other jobs and completed the whole house in a day. Will certainly be using them for routine cleaning from now on.

Hired them for deep cleaning. Did awesome job. We were impressed, so we hired them for regular cleaning. Our problem started from there. For one month, it was going fine. But from second month onwards they hiked their charges by 2000 rs which was a shocker. They cited some lame excuse for the hike. We agreed to it, but still they cannot keep up with the time slot. So we discontinued the service. Due to this same reason, my neighbors too discontinued their services. Moreover the lady in their front office/reception doesn't know, how to deal with regular customers. She is an expert in blaming customers on phone. Totally unprofessional.

I was a little hesistant to hire a cleaning agency to get my house cleaned as I have previously heard of bad reviews about cleaning agencies but HYGENICS are totally professional and have done an awesome job! My house was closed for almost 3-4 months and since it’s on the main road there’s a lot of dust. I had spoken to Mr Jaison and he personally came over to my home since I don’t speak malayalam very well. I had a future date fixed for cleaning but since I had to do it on urgent basis, Mr Jaison accommodated me as early as he could and his team did a fabulous job. I took the deep cleaning package + terrace and after seeing the job done, I am going to continue with the monthly maintenance package too! The cleaning team is very professional. They do their job efficiently. I think although we all have maids to do a daily cleaning, we surely require a professional agency like HYGENICS to help maintain our home! So I would recommend them to everyone.

Professional cleaning service offered and run by efficient professionals. Call them to get an estimate after they pay a visit.

They did a thorough job of cleaning the whole house and shampoo washing the sofa. I'm reducing one star because they left our door mats dirtier than earlier and we have to wash them now. They could have told us to take the door mats away if they had no intention of cleaning them after soiling them.

I had engaged this group for deep cleaning of my house, which was kept closed for over two months. The walls and floor were bit dirty. But after the deep cleaning, the surfaces were neat and clean. The furnitures, cots, etc were also cleaned well. The bottom side of cots, tables etc.were also cleaneď. Overall it was a job well done. I am happy with their work.

The Hygeinics did a good Job of making my house spot clean. Even windows on double height walls and chandaliers where I could not reach were cleaned. Thanks to the prompt monitoring of the staff. But one thing, tiles where hard stains are there could be worked on with appropriate cleaners.scrubs etc.and not the long brushes. But on the whole the work is highly commendable.

The Hygienics team was very efficient, helpful and good. I wish them all the best and hope they will continue in the similar way.
