One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The location is 100 mtrs away from main road but the access road is very narrow. Difficult to take a car inside. Reception guy was not at all interested in checking us in. Room is ~8ft by 8ft. The bed is single and not enough for 2 people.

This is one of the best places in the budget near the Kalpetta bus stand. The rooms were very clean and the services were always very prompt!
Ranjit was in reception and he made sure we get everything on time.
We kept our luggage in reception and used the common washroom in the evening. You can't even imagine how clean the common washroom was!

Excellent stay.
Supportive staffs.
Opposite to Kalpetta bus stop.
Nearby to Royal brothers bike rental.

Neat and clean hotel with parking facility, they provide 24 hr hot water.staff was also good

Such a beautiful stay. Very very friendly staffs and rooms are very hygiene and clean. Stayed for two nights and really had a pleasant stay. Good for all kind of travellers. They have a good parking space and located in heart of city accessible to every requirement. Reception peoples are so informative and they do exceptionally great compare to the premium hotels. Would love to visit again soon

We booked tent house from goibibo app with reasonable price, they gave us 4 tents in huge room on the terrace, and the servive was very good, overall good stay

Nice Hotel and good rooms with budget friendly stay. Enough space for car and bike parking. Staff are very polite and helpful. The premises 100 mts away from the main road giving the and accessible to all the market to shop, eat and buy things for day to day needs as well. Recommended if you are exploring waynad as it close by chembra peak and many other attractions.

Last week I stayed here.but am surprised.rooms and surrounding atmosphere was neat and clean.as a part of my job, travelled to many places, stayed different hotels.but this is the top and very good hotel.affordable rate and staffs behaviour is very good.like to go there in Wayanad only for staying in this hotel.very very happy customer.

I had visited this place in April 2021, even though it's in the middle of the city, the ambience is calm, the rooms were very tidy, even the bathrooms. Price was also nominal. Good for a quick planned or unplanned stay.

It's barely a few metres away from the Kalpetta bus stand and the price at which its rooms are priced it's totally a steal deal.
The rooms are clean with proper facilities. Ordinary rooms can be a little congested for some but you can always upgrade your room. The hotel staff was courteous too. Would totally recommend it

Budget hotel, well cleanly maintained, great customer service, dorms are available.
Cons:
Non smoking rooms, street is a bit narrower, no restraunt in this hotel, but a plenty are available in walkable distance.

Best option in budget category.
Every corner of the property is very clean.
Fresh bathroom towels which is white.
Friendly staff.
Walkable from bus stand.
Many hotels at walkable distance.

A well organized hotel at a prime location. It's at a walking distance from Kalpetta New Bus Stand. Rooms are clean and tidy, staff is friendly. There is a spacious parking and the hotel also offers cloak room service.

Excellent Hotel with clean rooms and wonderful service from the Manager in charge. Felt like a great friend to look upon you. Nice location in Kalpetta.
Especially when you plan to Wayanad, Kalpetta town will be the best choice because this town is located almost in the heart of Wayanad, making it easy to reach the various tourist attractions.

Rooms were clean, no problem with hot water and service. For food one has to rely on the nearby restaurants. It doesn't have any great view but it is perfect for a quick stay.

Rooms are clean, well arranged bed, courteous staff, prices are in budget range.what else can expect! Highly recommended for families.

Best room stay in kalpeta. Rooms are compact and sufficient for stay. 4 people can stay in a room (extra matress included). They provided tea/coffee during morning and evening which has to be paid during checkout.
There's a place near parking for chilling. Chairs and tables along with snack items. That looked really great.
Cons:
The rooms aren't sound proof. Hearing loud music will definitely distrub the neighborhood.
The path to the hotel is so narrow and i highly doubt any vehicle bigger than tempo traveller won't go through that road. Be careful while driving to the parking.
Overall, best experience. Worth the money.

Rooms were clean and staff was courteous. It was just a few minutes walk from Kalpetta Bus Stop, so easily we had saved money on travelling to another place for our hotel from there.

Clean as mentioned in other reviews. Staff is helpful, located in center of city. From main road, you have to take 100 mts narrow road to reach this hotel.

Hey. My stay here in last 2 days were fantastic. Well maintained. The staff crew is really good, helpful and humble. Rooms, wash rooms are very well maintained. Totally Excellent. Firstly The Lodge Rooms Are Really Nice. U can Get Rooms according to ur budget. So the Price Are Fair n reasonable. Hotels And Shops Are Nearby. There is a Separate Place near Parking For Smoking n no smoking allowed inside rooms. U can Also Self Serve Tea cafe in smoking Area N That S Absolutely Free. U can Stay Upto Maxm 6-9 members in single Room If Needed n they Also Provide WiFi with good Data Speed.loved it

I booked a double bed air conditioning room for ₹1350. I found the room clean and spacious. It is next to the Kalpetta market. They also arrange taxi for sight seeing

Strength:
1.it’s super clean (I mean it) that makes me give it 5 points.
2. Over all Ambience is fresh and good, with a small wooden tent house with coffe available great place to do some work, hang out absorb the calmness etc.
3. Situated in center of city but still isolated and calm.
4. Room interiors are also clean and sorted no extra things limited place with super clean bathroom and beds.
5. Saying this after 160 days staying at Wayanad as part of work and vacations

For lunch and dinner one needs to go out I think this again is positive as it makes the residency less crowded.
