Really bad experience purchasing appliances from these people. They offer absolutely zero support for service. Promote very bad brands and then when we look for service, these brands don't even have service centres. Never buying from them again.

We were received well in the showroom.
We were served well too while trying to choose the fridge of our requirement. The fridge was delivered at the promised time. Thank you for everything.

In my personal opinion it is the best place for good deal and if you are planning to purchasing electronic equipment from any other shop, just compare the price with ideal.

Very poor customer dealing. It was not like this before but now things have changed. The sales personal lacks information about products to be explained to thier customers. I visited the shop during diwali season and made a purchase of 60k after which i was offered a BIG GIFT of a TAWA. We had to badly fight for this.and finally this gift was upgraded to a low brand induction cook top with high difficulty. Delivery of purchased products is as they feel like no proper communication is made to us on time. We had the worst experience ever. The sales guy has an unique answer for you always. Madam i dont know.pls guys find some better shops other than to waste your valuable time here.

All in all home appliance shop. We can buy all home appliances from here.
Special offers are given in the time of festival season.
Staff service is good.
And also car parking is difficult.

Poor service. I bought an OTG worth 7k. They was so hurry and the staff too were lazy. And they convinced me to purchase an OTG.brand is morphy Richard. But already in complaint. With knob functions. I called several times in their customers service. And dey came and accepted that the knob is in complaint. So i returned that product for replacement or complaint correction. Now its 2 years. Dey never communicated till date. And i placed a complaint in consumer court. Awaiting justice.

Worst place to buy home appliances. Customer service is worsen and have no responsibility for delivering and installation. They are only for money from customers after that they have no responsibility in service. I didn't have the such a worst experience in my life. I will never buy anything and never introduce this showroom for my friends.

Very good showroom for electrical and house appliances. They have a good range of products. The sales executive was really patient in explaining everything and answering my queries. Purchased several products from them. Always had a good experience.
I am going with a four star rating instead of five, because last time when I go there for a purchase they wanted me give them five star rating. No problem in asking for a full rating, but it not good when they forcefully made customer to rate the purchase from the showroom itself.
