Really dissapointed. Worst customer service and feedback experienced from NEMOM IDEAL. The salesman convinced me to buy an LG front load washing machine with 1200 rpm, and they billed and delivered a 1000 rpm model. I had sent 2 mails and no response at all. They delivered the product, and due to the lock down, they didn't respond to any of my calls or mails.

Never had like this type of cheating from the sales executive. They say anything for sales. I bought an AC in installment. They told me to give advance. After I paying they telling tht it is not advance and it is processing fees. Wht this type of cheating? They never give the full details of the product or tell anything abt the EMI.
NEVER TAKE ANYTHINGFROM IDEAL.

Good shop, Mr Gokul is very helpful guy. The store has
good ambience, staffs are very polite. The price range of the products are attractive similar to online and the manger Mr Shameer really good approach towards customers. Must visit the store.

Very unfriendly customer care service. They prefer your looks more. Bad service person neglected us for lots of time over some others who came after us. Really disappointed. Visited nearby QRS shop after the incident - best service even if they have more rush.

Better service. Fast installation. Reasonable rates on electronics items. Good customer service and timely delivery and installation. They are having many showrooms in trivandrum and i bought an AC from their nemom showroom.

Service quality well maintained. But a little gloomy as there wont be much customers everytime. I think thats what made me disappointed

Medium selection for home appliances. Price is same as other such shops. Such shops posting advertisement claim that they are the best in class, but it is a fake. They offer only cheap and not worthy prizes to loot your hard earned money. Always search and analyse online for good product, otherwise you will be cheated by such shops. They sell only products that will give them high margin. Always be careful while shopping through such malls.

Trying to contact nemom showroom from today morning to check availability of some furniture advertised, but no response.

We bought some appliances from them at good prices, including our Whirlpool refrigerator, Preethi gas stove and a couple of Phillips iron boxes. The only issue was that no one came to replace our old gas stove with the new one, which the store told us someone will come to replace, but no one showed up. It turned out to be not a big deal to install the stove on my own, with some minor challenges

Very poor service.there where no staff on the floor for assistance.please go some where else, a lot of shops are there nearby.

Purchased an air cooler 2 months back and itz not working properly.contacted the customer care and got a response that the service team will contact you with in 48 hrs.itz been almost 3 weeks and nobody even contacted me. I contacted them three tymes again.but yet the problem is not solved.horrible.very much dissatisfied.
