My experience in ideal showroom is really nice and the service of the staff sindhu is very nice.really good.

I bought an oven and gas stove here, the staff are very helpful and wide variety of products and brands are available here.

I went there and purchased products worth rs 11980, but they didn't provide me the offer for the smartwatch.these people are giving false offers.do not trust them.

My family is regular customer in here and kaithamukk. I'm writing this because of the rude behaviour of front executive lady. I think she is customer relationship executive. All the salesmans are so nice to me. Also the manager itself. Why could the lady beheaved so? This is the way she's treating a regular customer like me?

Good service. We had bought LG Refrigerator. The salesman Vaisakh had helped us in getting the right choice.
Delivery persons Abhilash and Nandhu did an excellent job in placing the Refrigerator in our kitchen.
Being a side by side model, it required great effort and precision to get it into the kitchen. Abhilash and Nandhu got this done with great hard work.

My choice for home appliances in TVM. Bought my Bosch Washing machine and Fridge from there. Rates are less compared to QRS which steals all your money. Only thing I didn’t like is the sales guy promoting particular brand over others and asking you to pay 200rs handling charge after buying appliance costing 30K.

Good place to shop. Only thing is lack of adequate parking space. Helpful staff, good collection. Most of my appliances are purchased from here. After sales service vis also good.

I had gone to Ideal showroom, Ulloor yesterday. Even though I didn't purchase anything from there, the service rendered to me was excellent.very cordial and polite. I had a complaint with my washing machine, and on their own Initiative I got it repaired today itself. I did not buy that machine from them, but the interest shown by them, particularly by a girl by name Anju was remarkable. When I make a purchase in future, the name IDEAL, Ulloor comes first in my mind. Prof. P. Indira Devi Am ma.

Visited ideal for buying a smart tv, very good collection of various brands with good discounts, I've been to lot of electronic shops in Trivandrum but the customer service offered by ideal is matchless, I was assisted by a sales man named vishnu who was very helpful.

I bought Sujatha Dynamic mixer grinder from Ideal showroom ulloor and the service of Customer Care Executive Remya Krishnan was appreciatable.

Very worst after sales service. Fraud dealings by the staff to sell products. Check the product two times before you purchase from here.

Visited ideal after seeing their advertisement in Facebook, wide variety of products with good offers. Thank you ideal for helping me to select the right product.

We visited ideal on 30 Aug to buy LG 1.5 Ton 5 star AC (LS-Q12KNZA) and we're welcomed by a friendly and well informed sales person. He offered a good deal and promised to deliver the A/C by 1 sept as 31 was thiruonam.
As promised the A/C was delivered on 1 sept itself and we paid the balance amount to delivery agent. Then we checked the serial number and found out that the A/C delivered is just 1 ton (LS-Q12KNZA). Immediately we called the sales person but no response, then we called the delivery agent who consulted the office and informed us that Mr. Shafeeq wrote wrong serial number which created this confusion.
Later we got response from Manager who informed us that the 1.5 ton model will be delivered in 2 hrs by the same delivery agent. But by 4o'clock he called and said that they don't have 1.5ton model and will only receive 2 pieces by tommarow (2 sept).
We visited the office for confirmation and took a written slip saying the same.
On 2nd sept we had to call them repeatedly for information regarding delivery & they said it will be delivered by evening. But by 4o'clock they informed that they didn't receive the piece and promised that delivery will take place on 3rd Sept.
On 3rd sept also the same drama took place and we visited the office to inform them that we need a full refund by tommarow (4th sept) to which they agreed.
On 4th sept they informed us that they got the product and will deliver by noon.

Finally after 4 days of irritating phone calls, showroom visits and headache we got our product on 4th sept.

Had bad experience with them bought a product but they couldn’t deliver even in a week.not bothered to inform the delay.will not recommend

Dont choose Ideal. I suggested my brother this shop to buy a washing machine and a mattress. We billed it on 8th september sunday. But after tuesday there were no response from them about the delivery. Then I called them. They told the products were sent from godown by morning itslef. But didnt deliver after 6 pm. I tried to call them again. But they didnt attend the calls. At 9.20 night they delivered the washing machine only. I asked the driver about mattress but he knew nothing. Again I called Ideal but they didnt pick the calls. After 12 missed calls one guy attended my call and said he dnt knw where the mattress is. I have never faced such a pathetic and irresponsible service from anywhere.
Last week I bought a washing machine for myself from Eham Digital MOT. They delivered it on the same day for a lesser price. It was my mistake to suggest Ideal for my brother. The only reason was its just 3 kms away from my brothers house. I wont ever suggest Ideal to anyone. Such irresponsible guys.

Considerable improvement in their service levels compared to a couple of years ago. After sales/installation services have markedly improved. Repair services under warranty is good as well. Good follow up by the service staff Ms. Priya. Sales staff are knowledgeable.

Overall, good experience while shopping this year at Ideal, Ulloor.

#review. We have checked for an LG refrigerator at kesavadasapuram Great "IDEAL SHOWROOM"
They have showed a product and we selected it.almost 1 hour
After billing the product they said product is not available and they can't refund the amount also.
They told will send the product within 2 days.we was calling the concerned executive for 2 days and they were not responding to calls.
Now when we went to showroom for refund the store manager was showing such an anger as if throwing the bill before another executive and telling they can't refund money at that moment itself.
Kindly note this and pls avoid this showroom
