IFB Point - Kaloor

I had a very good experience at the IFB point in Kaloor. The staff Ms Sadiya was very cordial and helpful. She explained and answered all our queries. I got a good discount in my purchase and I am very happy about it.

Very poor customer dealing. The lady staff in the shop waited us for an hour for the final payment. She conveyed that the machine / card is not working Thus we purchased the item from online with the same card with good price. Please make sure that when you appoint a staff in your shop, make them understand that not to waste a customer' single minute due to their inefficiency.

Pathetic service. Please don't ever buy Ifb. It has caused me so much tension. These people will ask you to change a mother board if there is a problem with the inlet hose. And a drum if a gasket has come loose. Worst pathetic service.

Very bad service. Two weeks back they had come and repair it bcz water was not coming properly. Now the same issue had happened again. Pending free service was there, so that they had done the repair at free cost. Bcz of this I think they had not rectify the issue properly.
