IMA Hall

I attended a College meeting here, for one day only. It was a comfortable stay due to the courtesy of Cochin Orthopedic Society.

This is a place to go for us for all our social meetings. The food is good and the staff helpful. Rooms are regular ones, meant to host people on the go.

Location is quite central and close to the Nehru Stadium. Parking is an issue at times with the place popular for marriage and related functions.

Hotel reception staff Mr Tomas not good all staff coordination is very bed. I am not happy is hotel.

Good place to hold events. Sufficient number of halls, rooms, restaurant & parking space.

Room rates are reasonable and rooms are spacious. Maintenance of rooms are disappointing since the plasters from walls were falling off due to seepage, air-conditioning will not respond to remote inputs etc. Toilets were clean and well maintained.
Bed was itchy but we could not find bed bugs.
We had a faulty land phone and they did not fix it.
Room service was terrible and will not respond to requests. Restaurant serves good food and it is better to be there to have it. Buffet options were good. We placed room service orders and they did not serve it for over an hour.

IMA hall is excellent. But catering institution and stage decorators are monopolies and act like dictators.

IMA has carried out complete renovation of all common areas & halls. Ambience is wonderful. Intend to conduct a meeting there soon.

It is an excellent venue for meetings and residential programme. It has ample car parking, easily locatable. Different halls to suit our requirement are there. Good catering teams. Good ambience. For members lot of other facilities too like BAR, swimming pool, gym, special rates for rooms etc.

I visited the bouquet hall here for an event. Sorry to mention, the first thing that welcomed me to the hall was stinking fish odour.

It is an centrally air-conditioned hall with ample parking space. Good one for conducting an event.

Well maintained upscale place to stay! A well equipped gym and swimming pool for the guests recommended for business meetings and small functions.

The hall is decent and there were reconstruction and renewing partly done there. Attended a conference, the food service was by nila there were many nonveg options and very limited veg options which was a let down, service and food quality is decent.

I had visited the restaurant inside IMA, the food was great, service was good, ambience was nice and it was moderately expensive but worth it.

It is in an easily accessible location with uber service available at all times. The JLN stadium so close by, at a walkable distance from the hotel.

IMA hall is a place which has rooms and also recreation places for its members. The same is run by IMA but they will provide it for other people also. There are many nalla where events can be conducted. Even the root top can be used for the functions.but it is costly too.
They do have Nila Restaurant inside which provides all kind of food. They also provide you with drinks.
The rooms are big enough but old ones.

Once your place was felt as huge. Then it was mostly academic or association events. But now it is mostly marriage receptions or movie promotion events. Now it is a busy centre with crammed up parking space and crowded interiors. The long queue of cars can be seen on either side of road for a long distance. Maintenance inside building has gone wrong in many places with water leakage on stairways. Still the helping attitude of security staff and other staff is commendable.

It's good but not that great. To manage an event within the city at an accessible location, this place is alright.

A very good auditorium. It has ample parking facility. It is a neat and clean place, well maintained property.

Located in the heart of the city with all facilities but without noice and maddness, it's well maintained with good staff, safety and parking lots. Restaurant, swimming pool, health club, conference facilities are available and well maintained. I enjoyed my stay.

Excellent food, excellent service. A little more focus on housekeeping and neatness would make it an ideal place for wedding receptions and conferences.

It was a great place to visit once. I had a conference and got a chance to stay at this location. The restaurant food was tasty. But services like bus or autos were quite difficult at this place. Room services were better.

Good place for organize meetings and events. According to the size of people different halls are available.
Situated in great place near to Jawaharlal Nehru stadium kaloor.
The nearest bus stop is Kaloor JLN stadium and Metro station is also there in same stop.
Overall​ good place.

Parking is limited, but road lays welcoming on either sides.
Food menu is not that appericable
Family fuctions with small nos is easy.
Mre than 200 will make it a mess

Worst place ever to stay, they charge you for every tiny thing possible, mosquito died on there bedsheet and they charged 750 rupees for that.

Nice place for conventions to be held in Cochin. Near to city center and away from traffic. Easy to reach by road. Quiet place even if located near city center. Parking is available. It's located near to Jawahar Lal Nehru International stadium at Kochi.

Great place value for money. Good service apartment with good food. The club area has health club, restaurant, bar, swimming pool, table tennis, badminton, pool table etc

Very good club rightly located near to Jawaharlal Nehru Stadiuum, Kaloor managed by group of Doctors in IMA. Have a permit room and a swimming pool too.

Has parking space. Good halls. Nice ambience. On May 12 2019 we attended a chavittunatakam performance in the auditorium in the 4th floor.

Great locality away from the hustle- bustle of the city, yet very easily accessible. Good venue for a moderate sized crowd.

Great place to stay and facilities for an entire marriage. Would definitely recommend to anybody who would like to have their marriage ceremony or corporate events over here.

Attended a wedding reception lately. Must say the hall is too good and with nice air condition facility. It is ideal for a 700 capacity function. One good thing noticed is that they serve the food on roof top. Though not open even at peak noon time the dining area was naturally cool without any aircondition. They have good dining area to accomodate a big crowd. They also provide hotel rooms which is very good for accomodating guests in need.

It is wedding reception hall with quite good facilities.there are multiple halls. Usually for wedding they take all that hall which is quite comfortable as the bride and groom are in a separate hall and where the food is served so altogether it quite neat and tidy. The seats are also quite good.food is okay. Some are great and some are not that great. And I don't about the price. But from what I have know the only problem is compared to price it is quite expensive I think. The review about food was also made by on this

They have nice auditorium. Only two small lifts to take people up to the auditorium which creates a lot of congestion.

Great atmosphere and room service.food quality should be increased. Breakfast need to be improved.

Nice hall.nice auditorium.seatings are also nice with nice cushioned seats.balcony is also available for the auditorium.its about 3 storied building.restrooms are also kept very clean and tidy.elevators are also available
