We are ordered veg cutlet. No taste is to feel. And I ordered tea is normal OK.quantity is OK quality is very bad.

The worst biriyani ever in kottayam. Boiled chicken and putting in rice.is their chicken biriyani. No masala added in chiken. Nothing to say. Just pathetic. Waiters are also waste. When we call waiters they will say. Somebody will come to take orders. These people will ruin enthire Indian coffee house name.wrost service and wrost food.

Had mixed experience there. We tried the authentic beetroot masala dosa. It was good, though not exceptional in taste. The coffee was below average. The staffs were polite. There was ample parking space available when we visited.
But the restaurant could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness. It felt bit untidy.

I came here with my family. We wait like10-15min, no one came to us to take order, not even busy time @ that time there was only 3 tables with guest, twice I ask to the staffs both of them said other person will come, still nobody came n then we went out
They r working like not interested to serve

I bought a parcel of kozbiriyani today.without knowing it, I had to give the egg to my 3-year-old child. When the little one started crying, he took the egg, smelled it and removed the entire biryani smell.

Ample car parking is available at the front and rear of the hotel. The food is prepared very tasty. It is very busy in the morning and evening. So those who are traveling with family should go at other times if possible.

Average food. Ample parking space. Except few, most of the waiters not following the Indian coffee house uniform and relevant discipline.

Most Indian Coffee Houses (ICH) share similarity in many aspects- menu, style of service, external and internal appearance etc. This ICH is not an exception.
Heavy food and quick bites are available.
Food items are good. Service also is good. There is ample parking space.
As ICHs are favourite places one can expect a little rush during peak hours.
Coffee lovers can get quality coffee powder also.

Located on the main road. Parking is available. Needs to improve the maintenance of wash rooms. The biggest disadvantage is that they have only one wash room for gents and one for ladies. Food is good. Maintain a reasonable standard.

New Indian coffee House in M C Road, SH Mount Kottayam which is opposite to Popular Maruti showroom. Coffee house which was there in Kottayam market (chanthakavala) is now shifted to new place.
