Indian Coffee House

It's okay for quick meals, simple Kerala foods. Nothing special except that most foods will have beet root

Same atmosphere, variety of food and taste as in any other coffee houses. Enough space, limited parking space

Masala dosa and vada was good but dont know why beef was cheaper than chicken. Appam was ok, never tried. Too much rice. Excess sambar and chutney with masala dosa. Chappathi was from punjabi house. Overall nice experience.

Really poor place, only reason we go here is coz it's accessible inside the medical college

Very pathetic and not customer friendly. Eventhough customers are waiting for food for longtime nobody will ask for any service.

An Okay place to have something quick while inside medical college. Building, toilets, total place looks kinda messy and dirty.

KSRTC canteen offers even better food. The chef who made the cadala kari here should be fired, one thing like this is enough to damage the name of an Indian coffee house. Not at all different, too bad, if the readers of this review haven't noticed, then no problem. There should not be the habit of eating what is cooked without any responsibility for just the money that is in hand.

I feel very sad to give a review like this. It's my first experience with the "Branded food chain Indian Coffee House". Whenever we need to have a cup of coffee, the first choice in my mind is Indian Coffee House. Wherever I am, I would like to Google for an Indian Coffee House and if it is not available then only I will go for another option. Unfortunately, we have been to Indian Coffee House, Medical College Kottayam, and ordered two coffee and banana fry. It's our badluck that, we got too much fried banana fry and coffee was cold. Since we were in a different mood, no complaint was registered or intimated. It's also understood that most of the food served there are not coming to the mark of other coffee house branches. So please ensure the standard of food or drinks before ordering so that you will not be disheartened.
