The Indian Coffee House is a place we often get to. Offers cheap yet delicious food, though there is not much of a choice.

Typical ICH experience. No surprises. Standard maintained. Wash rooms must be improved and maintained at a better cleanliness level.

Best place to stop for refreshments. Need to try once beef omlete. Available Dosa, Chappatti, meals, and all other non veg dishes

The staff was super nice and made me feel comfortable inspite of not knowing the local language and the food served was delicious.:)

Bought a cutlet - hopeless- not hot, no onions or accompaniments -no taste so pathetic it is

Just okok only. Didn't found anything special even in tastes can't find close enough to old coffee house tastes and other vegetarian brands. Maybe this specific shop I didn't felt good. Tea was more of water, Sambar too. Masala dosa and uzhunnu vada was just average here.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Indian Coffee House. The service provided by the waiters was absolutely horrendous. Not only were they slow and inattentive, but they also seemed disinterested in serving the customers. It took an eternity for them to take our order, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold and poorly prepared.

The waiters appeared to be more interested in chatting with each other than attending to the customers. It felt like they couldn't care less about providing a good experience. When we tried to get their attention, they brushed us off and made us feel like a burden.

I've never encountered such unprofessional and apathetic service. It's a shame because the Indian Coffee House has a reputation for its history and ambiance, but the terrible service completely overshadowed any positives. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if they value decent service and a pleasant dining experience.

Very poor service, they don't even want us to buy anything from there, even they are hesitate to ask if you want something to eat, waited 30 minutes, one waiter served the food which is not what ordered, very bad attitude from the waiters

Sad to say bad quality food.today I bought one tea, two veg cutlet and two chicken biriyani.instead of 325 they ask 343.when I question cashier telling they charge 10 for one container. I don't see this in any other hotels.and the quantity of food was less.

It's an average restaurant. We looked for meals-lunch, but only biriyani was available. Taste and cleanliness is ok.

Nice place to have food. Good and quality food with budgeted price. Ample car parking and good service.

Food not at all tasty. Food price is reasonable but not worth as food taste is not good. Have parking space and nice place for family.

The food can be more delicious. Usually the ICH serve more tasty food.

Food was tasty, but the quantity was very low. Also, we had to wait and call them multiple times to our table to order items.

Amazing ripe pazham pori during evening times. Great place to have a quick snack and relax. Don't forget to order a beef roast to compliment with pazham pori)

The food is average. It's abit hard to notice this restaurant. There is only cash payment available, no digital payment options are available which is a major drawback.

Not that tasty breakfast we had from Indian Coffee House. Most of the menu items were not present when we visited there. Masala Dosa was not that signature tasty. Coffee was fine.

Taste is OK OK. Forgetting to bring the food we ordered. Egg roast is very nice. I love to have egg roast and parotta there but most of the time it gets over.

It's one of the good indian coffee house in the highway. Washrooms and parking also available. It's very close to petrol pump. A/C area also here. Food quality avarage like almost indian coffee houses. All staffs are not bad. Hygienic also not bad. That much

Cleanliness is good. Food is upto the expectation. Price tags are reasonable.
Table service is good and reasonably quick.
Restrooms are ok.
Accessibility is really good with ample parking space.
Proximity to the fuel station makes this an attractive point for long distance travellers.

Have proper parking space. Food taste average. Could have maintained cleanliness little more better - this is based on my visit to other Indian coffee houses

Chain of hotels throughout Kerala. Consistent quality and taste. Affiliated to Coffee Board. Moderate charges. Cofee tastes good.

Dont go if the place is crowded.you wont get anything, u will have to wait for long time.food quality is fine though.

We got hair in the Vada. The attitude of the staff very poor. They said it's a small hair. But the didn't bill the hairy Vada

Breakfast is not good.as the masala with poori and dosa doesn't taste well.but a bread omelette will make your day, along with a coffee.

Average coffee shope near NH 47. Staffs are having good professionalism. But reception handling is not upto the expectations.can give only 1 star rating for reception.

Your usual indian coffee house.this has around 10 tables in non ac section.they have a ac section also.the nice thing about this ICH is that there is a petrol pump adjacent to it.so it's a good one for the travelers also.h as pa5king for around 10 yo 12 cars.its on the ekm-tcr route the reverse travelers will have to take a u turn.

Highly recommended @ Karukutti Indian Coffee House, opposite to Adlux convention center.

Poor quality food and service @ Ankamali south - Indian Coffee House since December 2018. Earlier it was really good.

Convenient for travellers to have a break with coffee and snacks with reasonably well maintained wash rooms. Availability of a petrol pump adjacent to this coffee house is an added advantage. This helps us to save time, while travelling.

They are still maintaining the standard. It’s happy that you can assure a minimal guarantee for the food. Masala dosa is especially the one which you can find no where than Indian coffee houses. Hats off to the person who found the recipe. It’s beet root, onion, and potatoes. Good mix. The ambiance is normal and the service is good. Attractive part is the price. It’s quite normal once compared to other hotels. Recommended for families.

They are maitaining the standard s.food is ok.aand cutlets are too good compared to other indian coffee houses i visited.toilet is outside of the shop.have ample parking space the place is easly accessible because its near the road.lots of people come and go easly there.staffs are friendly and hotel is neat.price is so reasonable

Usual Coffee House fair. Could have been much better, if the general cleanliness improved. The curtains and fittings badly need a make up.

I had ordered two plates of chicken cutlets. There was not an atom of chicken, it was made of potatoes only l Complaint to the manager and I also gave a written complaint please don't fool the customers. Bill was for beef cutlets instead of chicken cutlets.

Im a big fan of Indian coffee house food. Especially the beetroot masala dosa and coffee.i would go there again and again. I'm reducing 1 start just because of the toilets. I would prefer it much neater. Rest the service and everything 5 star.
