Great food. Nice staff. Great location in pala. The best restaurant in pala, it was started as a restaurant for the coffee plantation workers and hence it's name. Their biriyani is one of the best I have eaten.
Lovely good food that keeps a unique taste of Indian coffee house. Quick and good services, moderate prices, ample parking and refreshing air. A place you can really enjoy especially while traveling.
One of the unhealthy and dirty restaurant i have ever seen. The dine in area smelled rat pee and could even sit there. Have mentioned the same to the counter person. Even the waiter’s dress looked pathetically unclean. Ordered dosa and couldn’t finish it sitting and seeing such a dirty place.
Indian Coffee House has become an iconic institution known for its unique ambiance, rich history, and delicious offering Good food and nominal price. Value for money. Don't expect great ambience and yummy food and all. However it will tickle your taste buds and dill stomach. Good place to drive in when you are on the move and get something quick to quest your hunger at a decent price
Indian Coffee houses is not as great as before. Food is not great. Biriyani was over by 2 pm.
Not a good place. Food is not up to mark looking at the cost. Masala dosa is with beetroot and veg cutlet is also with beetroot with dark pink juice oozing.
We visited this restaurant in order to have breakfast. Service was really good and was fast too. But I would recommend to keep the interiors bright and neat by painting and maintaining the vibrance. Because it is a place where people visit to have food and after all it's a business they should keep it maintained very well. Other than that no recommendations or faults to point out. Do come here and let us know your valuable comments and thoughts. Thank you!
Worst Indian Coffee House we have ever been to. We have visited several ICH and liked all of them. But this one is a total disappointment for us. Terrible customer service. First they took more than 15 minutes to clear the dishes and clean the table. 15 more minutes later one person came to take the order. He did not even have time to pay attention to us. After taking our order, he came back after 10 minutes and said that dish will take time and asked us to order dosa instead. He did not even wait to listen to us despite seeing two kids with us. We have not seen such an arrogant waiter in any ICH ever. We left the hotel without having dinner. Will never visit the place ever.
Just what you'd expect from an Indian Coffee House. I had breakfast over here and it was nice. Allaand vere entho parayaana. Ellaam satisfactory aarunnu.
It was always been My trusted place to go to. I think Indian Coffee house has lost its authenticity in coffee. The coffee I had yesterday tasted of smoke and charred coffee. May be it was just a one time mishap. Poori was excellent. Also the sambar was divine?
Affordable and polite staffs. Available.variety of dishes. Only demerit is location - hard to find and located in a congested place. Suitable for all types of people. Famous for masala dosa. Atlast, value of money is ensured. Highly recommended.
The Indian coffee house is completely owned and managed by its employees. The society is governed by an eleven member managing committee elected from the employees. Since the 50's, Keralites have been enjoying this unblended rich coffee and food served by amiable waiters clad in stiffly - starched uniform in a unique classical ambience. Over the years, the society has stuck to the traditional values of good taste, courteous service and unmatched quality. These values were and still are what makes Indian Coffee House the biggest restaurant chain in Kerala. The society now has a chain with over 51 outlets and associate canteens operating in all major towns from Thrissur to Thiruvananthapuram. The Indian coffee house also has branches near all important govt.establishments Secretariat, Legislative assembly, MLA-Hostel, Medical colleges, and Universities. The society also sells pure coffee powder known for its rich aroma and strong flavor at reasonable prices to the public. The society proudly upholds the traditions of our pioneers that have earned us the love and loyalty of hundreds of customers. The society has received appreciation and support from Government and public which is gratefully remembered.
Typical Indian coffee house ambience is missing. It's on the first floor of a congested shopping complex. Parking facilities are limited. It's right on a busy roundabout. Didn't find any restrooms. May be there's a common one available for the entire shopping complex. Food is ok
Its one of the good place to have food. The food served was good in quality and taste. There is always rush in the evening time.so you have to wait a little bit but it's not a matter when they are giving good food and service
Good hotel in pala. Cant see this form main road. Less parking space but okay with that. Chiken biriyani is good but the quantity is less. The waiters are experts. Not much delay for the order to deliver. Some what a neat place. This is one of the best in pala because pala is not having much restaurants and hotels
A good restaurant for family and friends. Dishes are moderately priced and tasty. I like the beef biryani which is better than that of any other restaurant. It's clean and spacious in there but can be crowded at times. The waiters are very courteous. The toilets are a few metres away on the same floor on the right which are not perfectly clean but usable.
One among the better INDIAN COFFEE HOUSE. Serves better food than most of them. Also much cleaner than most. Do not compare with other restaurants for the above two criteria. It can be an easy choice when you have to find some food choice when you are traveling or passing through.
