This place is worth the visit. Well maintained and properly organised. Especially good for school children. They have an outdoor as well as an indoor exhibition. Will be very inspiring and knowledgeable for armed forces aspirants.

Good place for visiting with and staff also behave very well so overall experience is very good I recommend very one to visit one time cause it's connected with our military and lots of things you can explore her

Nice experience of getting to know the naval history. Difinitely recommended to visit this place. Ticket charge is 50 per person for Indians. Toilet was dirty. They have a small cafeteria for some snacks.
They could definitely do away with some maintenance on the over all place. Artifacts have been rusted, could have been maintained well such that it lasts long

Very nice museum of naval history and technology. There is also a large helicopter to take photos with. Kids interested in such things will enjoy.

5stars for this place. Neatly kept compound and all the equipments. There are two bunkers which is built by Britisher to keep the weapons and equipments. These bunkers are now museum and open to public. Museum is open on all days except MONDAY. The entry fee is 40 rupees for adults. Half price for students (till plus two). This place is worth every penny. Radars, missiles, machine guns, anti aircraft guns, torpedoes, ships, helicopter, bofors, shells, under water mines, rifles, pistols, dress used by navy persons, etc are displayed here.

Video shows are there which takes you to our Naval History. The two bunkers are unbelievable. A must visit place for history lovers and patriotic person.

This is definitely a place to visit for a patriot. Much of the history and stories are told in the visual story teller style. The ammunition is very neatly arranged. It is a great opportunity to see and get to know the miniatures of the ships guarding our borders. The staff is very humble and knowledgeable. Definitely a place to visit!

This place is filled with history of maritime from the begining of time itself.this place will take you 1300 years back. It is not limited to just south India or India per say.it covers silk routes, spice routes, religion exchanges and much more. You will find Pioneer of Indian Navy, Konoji Angre under the leadership of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. You'll find Indian naval ships and their history. Miniature models of ships and its arsenal of weapons! Overall it's a time travel for just 40 bucks.

Unlike official museum, The Indian Naval Martine Museum has a very welcoming environment. The Guide Mr. Sebastian who also doubled up as caretaker of all gardens in side the premises, explained to us in an informative way about the main displays. After 30 minutes of conversation we moved into different wings and saw in front of us the evolution of the Indian Navy. Realised the importance of Cochin in historical perspective. Time worth spent.

Indian Naval Maritime Museum showcases models of warships, submarines, torpidos and other weapons that Indian Navy uses. It also has a real amphibian helicopter of Indian Navy. A detailed history of Cochin Port, Bunkers made by Dutch invaders and Indian Navy. It also showcases different badged for different ranks. Every Indian must visit this place and get educated about Indian Navy.
