During the peak hours of 12 to 3, there is a high rush due to their famous mandi dishes. While the mandi is renowned, it's worth noting that the rates are slightly higher compared to other mandi shops. A half normal kuzhimandi priced at 400 rupees and a quarter at 210 rupees might be considered a bit on the expensive side.
One positive aspect is that they provide unlimited mandi rice and mayonnaise, which can be appealing to those with hearty appetites.
The restaurant is known for its friendly staff and good toilet facilities, which are essential for a comfortable dining experience.
Customers have the option to dine in with both AC and non-AC sections. However, it's mentioned that the seating style is not comfortable, which can impact the overall dining experience. Additionally, the non-AC area tends to get very hot, which can be uncomfortable, especially during hot weather.
Overall, the restaurant is praised for its hygiene standards and famous mandi dishes. I recently visited Irani Restaurant with my family its really a great place, nice ambiance, good service, great food.

I quantity and quality of Kuzhi mandi was superb, they offer unlimited rice for 4 person.
The chicken was well cooked tasted yummy, i would suggest masala could be more spicy.

I loved this place hope you will love it too

Try the Alfam chicken. Even when full, you will want to have more. The food is delicious and fresh. The owner is very professional and speaks English, and as a tourist, I'm very grateful for that. Variety of cold beverages as well.

Never recommended I had ordered an Alfham Mandi. The mandi rice has quantity but no quality, no flavors, or anything else. The alfham tasted like boiled chicken without any masala. Alfham Mandi is one of my favourite food, however I don't believe I will eat it any longer due to this restaurant's terrible cooking.

I used to visit the restuarant quiet often. Quality wise the food is good but disappointed with their mandi (personal opinion). The ambience there is excellent.

I was eating biriyani today. Ambiance is good. Lighting was not good. Hand drier not working. Wash basins are spaced in small gap. Seat height was too high. Table arrangements are in passage way. And Bill was ok. One biriyani costs 168 rupees includes GST. Biriyani was not dum and too much gravy. Salad is not normal type. All items placed in one plate that was quiet frustrating.

Worst biriyani ever had. Rice is over steamed and deliverd by 3 for lunch, worst service ever.time waste and money waste

Best to dine in with family. Little expensive. Taste is normal. But the variety kuzhi manthi is little different.

Price increased from menu (may be due to fuel or commodity price)

Ordered Chicken Chettinad and it taste like Chicken Varutharachathu, also they give some Beef masala instead of Beef Roast. Both dishes were surely inauthentic.

Restaurant ambience is Ok.
Order delivery was quick.

Tried mandhi. Its avarage and the price was reasonable.
Too difficult to dine in coz inside the shop was too hot
