I had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. I was very comfortable with the hotel room, facility. The moment I entered into hotel the staff was very helpful in terms of navigating my Cab to the hotel, checkin, in room facility assistance, promptness in responding to any query, facility issue.the room also had aqua guard which will provide you unlimited water and no need to buy plastic bottles which in turn lead to eco- friendly solution.
I had to travel to my work location from hotel but the cab did not arrived on time and I was getting late on my first day. The staff dropped me to hotel considering my urgency to my work location.
The staff were very decent and well mannered. I would recommend everyone.

Hotel is well located near Railway station and sindhi camp bus stand. This is the best usp of this property. I got a very good deal price thats why i booked it. Room amenities were really very good, swimming pool on terrace, enjoyed drinks poolside. Checkin was smooth, early checkin was not possible for me as rooms were not available. Had dinner at hotel. Food quality was good.one flute player was also there.he was very good at his job, he was playing melodious voice

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Couldn't have been more sweet, giving me directions. It was clean, stylish. I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I had a very bad experience. The road was very muddy and no cab facilities were there. People are not cooperative. Very unpleasant stay. Not recommending.

It is about 200 meters away from the highway and the road to hotel is in terrible shape, muddy and damaged roads. No parking space; only 4are available at a time and 3cars of owner are parked already. They asked us to park in adjacent space and early morning they woke us up asking to remove from there again. Room is untidy and wet floors, heater is not working. Geyser switch was not working in our room.

They mentioned it as a hotel but it is a home stay. Worst ever experience and unpleasant stay overall.

The rooms were good but the service was really worst I stayed there for 4 days and I asked the room service to clean the room not even one person came to check our room

Worst location. After rain difficult to come out of hotel. Full water logging in front of hotel. Pl.avoid this hotel.

Its just 200 meters away from the highway. But the connection road was in a real bad shape. It's full of dirt and mud; can't approach on foot. Some corporation drainage canal work was going on. No one used to be there at the reception. We need to call the caretaker, whose number is given. His phone is switched off at times! Room and bathroom were somewhat clean, but everything was pretty old and weared out. Geyser switch was not working in our room. The guy brought hot water in a bucket. It took a day for the repair to be done. As room service, not even a bottle of packaged drinking water was given. Breakfast was just 2 dosas, chutney and tea; which may cost Rs. 30 outside. We took breakfast only once during our three day stay. Parking for only 4 cars is available. I had to park my vehicle in an adjacent plot without any kind of security.
The whole facility needs an urgent revamp. With limited resources, the caretaker tried to please us. But the owner seems to be after some easy money without investing on necessary infra and hospitality.

Location is superb of the hotel and the staff is very kind. Room looks like 4 star category Hotel with full of amenities. It was grt stay at hotel.

Very helping staff. Rooms are clean and hygiene. Location is very convenient. Ambience was very nice. Supposed to be one of the oldest five star hotel so overall structure is very antique. Truly enjoyed stay here.

Great experience! I really appreciate the location with a great hospitality. Stalls were decent. Rooms are also well hygiene, dont feel like littering around. I got much attracted towards the ambience as well. Overall experience is good! I would love to visit again.

Its an economical stay, but with quality. The staff is accomodating and is well polite to the customers. The rooms are neat and tidy. Serves morning breakfast on their dining area at the roof top. It not out of thr world, but manageable. Overall a great stay very close to Infosys, Lulu mall Trivandrum
