- I had both my eyes operated for Catract,
the second one done 10 days ago.
Very pleased to note that both eyes are
showing very good result so far.
- Patient service assistance and enployee
relations are very good.
- HR and insurance support services are very
good.
- Over all experience is excellent.

This is one of the best eye hospitals in Kerala. Very clean and well maintained hospital, with very professional doctors and staff. I recently done LASIK from here. I'm extremely happy with the services.

I am very satisfied after the surgery and it was a great experience without my glasses. Their service is mind-blowing, especially by Dr. Joythi Anup and its staff.

Very supportive staff.plenty of patients during peak hrs, but we'll organised and catered.

Very crowded all the time. I went to do an eye test around 10.30. Since I hadn't booked I got my 1st eye check done at 1 o'clock. After waiting for another 2 hours they told me to test my eyes after dropping the medicine then would do the test. I just went outside at 3 o'clock without testing as well as without having any food. Although I spent almost 5 hours there, I couldn't consult any doctors or the eye test properly. They need to be more organized to manage the high number of patients.

It's a good hospital. I will strongly recommend for everybody. Good nurses &doctors. Especially those who are in operation theater&day care center. From tip to toe over all services was very good

A very good hospital with well organised and systematic way handling of patients and making them so comfortable and ease from the very next moment of stepping in till the process ends. My both parents in law did their cataract surgeries here in one month gap.we felt so content and satisfied in every time we visits. Highly recommending to all for any ophthalmic solutions especially cataract surgery.

Father had a cataract surgery here yesterday. Doctors and staff are very helpful and have created a pleasant atmosphere at the hospital. Hospital also has an excellent queuing system with minimal wait time. This is one of the best eye hospitals in Thrissur.

Good experience. They have Essilor expert counter. They have Eye partner machine which gives customised lens.

It was a wonderful experience right from the registration desk until the final follow up process.
I travelled all the way from Abu Dhabi to Chennai and from there to Thrissur to get the Cataract done for both my eyes.
Going by the reputation of Dr. Anup and also as most of my family members have got their eye surgery done here in Ivision, I was not even a bit sceptical to go forward with Dr. Anup and Ivision.
My trust and conviction in them was more than 100 % reinstated by each and every staff of Ivision.
Special mention to Sister Saritha, who was very cordial and made my entire journey smooth and the process much quicker and easier as I had only limited time available in India and had to travel back.
Also to sister Vinitha (Insurance) and Narayanan Kutty.
Thanks and Kudos to Dr. Anup & team once again for their knowledge, skill, competency, professionalism and the care.

My dad had a cataract surgery yesterday here. Friendly and trained staff including the insurance desk. Everything was organized and went as per the plan. Another surprise was on the billing department. No advance payments were done before the surgery.

I would recommend this is the go to hospital for any Eye/Vision related treatments. Thank you for your exemplary nursing services. They are very meticulously following the procedures from the next moment you enter the hospital. There absolutely no delay in any of the procedures. Also fairly priced for the proceedures. Excellent service! I had visited the hospital due to glue fell in eyes on 13th of June, considered emergency situation, Very much appreciate Dr Lavanya Pramod for politely approach.

Don't buy lens and frame from them, they'll simply cheat you. I had a very bad experience, I lost money. You won't get the same thing you places order and they won't pay back the money even when realise it's their fault.

Doctors and staff are good. It is difficult to get medical reports required to claim medical insurance. They told come after one week, two week etc. So we difficult to claim medical insurance in time.

Very nice hospital atmosphere good doctors and nursing staff.if possible book an appointment and visit. Usually not crowded, but they have a excellent queue system, One of the best eye hospital in thrissur area. We had a welcoming experience hear. We came hear for a lasic treatment it was very cost effective and successful. A good family friendly place.

I visited this hospital for regular eye checkup. Good safety protocols followed, apart from sanitizer there was handwash setup too. There was 2-3 rounds of checkup followed by consultation from main doctor. Overall good experience and economical too. Recommended.

The reception and atmosphere in the hospital is welcoming. Doctors are very professional and answered all our questions. Went for cataract surgery and is fully satisfied with the treatment.

Hospital facilities are excellent. More over doctors, nursing staffs, Counselling members, farmacy section and all other technical expert's are very sincere in their profession and loving to the patients and public.

Have been visiting this hospital for the last 10 years or more. The hospital has changed a lot as far as service goes, they have become more business oriented rather than service oriented, very bad change for a hospital, especially treating the eyes, very precious for anybody. After all it's business for the owner, but we have to be careful not to subject to their business interests.

My point of view after cataract surgery on 20th & 24th August 2019 as follows:
Excellent co-ordination among staff.and concerned doctors.
Well respected treatment and follow-up cases are very well maintained/arranged.
I really appreciate the assistance from the insurance staff and had an excellent trouble free communication and very well co-ordination.
My sincere respect and gratitude also goes to Dr. Anoop and co-staff for their kindness and utmost attention towards my cataract surgery.
Appreciation to Mr. Narayankutty & Ms. Bhavya for their kind concern and respect shown to me.
I shall definitely recommend I vision hospital among my friends and relatives, who require the respective treatment for their eyes, if needed.

. Very high price for glass Frames.more than 1000 RS difference compare to online price. I bought one azzaro round glass frame. In Flipkart only 4250rs but here they took 6000rs. I lost 2000rs now. Please don't buy glass frame.
