George and his team is amazing. George is super responsive and made the whole process a breeze. All requests and changes were handled very quickly. On the day of the event the team arrived well before time and exceeded our expectations. They took care of all the details so we didn’t had to worry about anything during the event. Rude behaviour from the staff when asked for enquiry, also his interaction was not satisfactory. Didn't provided any useful information. Didn't expected this from a reputed caterers. Just called by seeing the reviews. But now I'm sure that these are rated by your own people. I will never recommend to anyone. You guys are never going to last long with this kind of approach to the customers.

We had our wedding done through Jacob’s, wonderful experience, everything was handled perfectly. George actively took up the entire event and was part of the family. Excellent planning and execution and wonderfully customer centric. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Arguably one of the best caterers and event planners in Trivandrum. If you are giving them a work they’ll put their 100 percent into it and you don’t have to worry about anything from the beginning to the end. They have a well organised set of staffs and professional cooks where we can customise our food needs to any extent, and i wanted to specially mention the hard work and dedication by one of their owners George. He is well versed in all cuisines and decor and and has a clear idea about the availability and the market price of the raw materials, so he can give you suggestions and improvements when you’re choosing the food. And he is very humble and down to earth and he is a really good listener and always comes up with a solution. We hired Jacobs Catering for my Sister’s wedding reception and the crowd was uncontrollable and was way to high than expected, but George kept his calm, came to us and gave us confidence and told that no one would return back with an empty stomach. He and his team doubled the efforts and managed the service even when there was a crisis. I would totally recommend Jacob’s Catering to everyone who is looking for a good and well organised catering and event management.

When our daughter's wedding was scheduled a year ago, we contacted numerous Trivandrum wedding planners. Unfortunately, comments from other wedding planners appeared quite reckless, particularly due to the fact that the wedding is scheduled for September 2022, and we are attempting to sign a contract with them in October 2021. When we first contacted Jacob's Catering, we received a positive response. During the initial phone call, we outlined our needs; the following day, he provided a quote; and within two to three days, we selected Jacob's Caterers. We hired them for a pre-wedding party at our home and the wedding itself. George was extremely professional, caring, energetic, and creative! I always felt reassured after expressing my concerns I had for the event with him since he was incredibly easy to work with. George was a good coordinator. George brought details to my attention. He had everything handled and taken care of for my daughter's pre-wedding and wedding day and we didn’t have to worry about anything. Jacob's caterers provided scrumptious food with exceptional service. The stage deco was gorgeous with beautiful fresh flowers. I recently had wedding at Trivandrum club.the catering was handled by Jacob caters.
As a 43 yr old man I don't think my taste buds and senses are damaged. I’m confident the food here poisoned me. I would leave zero stars if I could. The food is mediocre and to make it even worse it is not even close to authentic. You should not call yourself a caterer. Awful! Service from start to finish was not good. Street vendors foods are much tastier. Anyone with more than a one star review was paid for sure. It was overall a very bad experience. Better u be aware or please stop ua services. I am sorry to share my bad experience but I surely dont ever regret.
