Hair cutting was awesome. But they are providing wrong info from the call centre. They said now offers are available and after the haircut they said offers are not available for weekends. We had to pay the full original amount. Can't accept fake promises.

Good professionally managed space. Very good for men's and kids haircut and styles. Can get busy at times. Wait time to be expected. I have been here many times and I love the way they work.
They should put more effort on cleaning the spaces, my last visit was with my kid and the hair cut was done on the kids area and the place was not clean, there were hairs all around the place and on top of counters.

I done a whitening facial @jajis rp mall. It's my first time experience with jajis and was amazing. Especially the dealing and treatment of Treesa aunty. The facial is very effective and worth it.

I had a haircut done and threading. What is so ironic about that place is that they have a huge poster up in the front of a model with curly hair and yet this place has no idea about curly hair. Forget the fact that they have no idea about curly hair which is common but in fact they made me pose for a before and after photo which indicates that they think curly hair is not a good look and that blow drying it was their recommendation of a makeover. I kept telling that I want to maintain my curly hair and the stylist was trying to force down some keratin treatments and products which I know for a fact that it was not for curly hair and I am so disappointed with the cut too. He could see that I had tons of volume. I asked for a layer cut with a 'U' and he cut it straight at the last layer which now makes me look like a church BELL. As a stylist he should have recommended a V cut for me. My layers were done really well but the cut overall looks terrible and I will definitely have to go in for another cut elsewhere of course.

The threading was done by a lady called Treesa and it was on point! Good work!

The rate for one normal spa was nearly around 1500. But the service was really pathetic. One lady around middle 50's (dont wish to mention her name) was making the service cheap. The price is not worthy.as she simply applied some kinda spa cream over the head and the massage was not even that good for the price. Then she done some hair steaming and simply washed it off. Then if this is the service, why we should come over here and spend such an amount! My children are not preferring to choose this saloon again.

My first experience with this saloon. I heard abt it manytimes from social media.

I went there for hair cutting. I wanted to cut short my long hair in v shape. One person (didnt know his name) came and i said my requirments to him. I wanted to do hairwash also.

He said both hair wash + hair cut cost around 650 to 700 rs/- and i agreed for that. Bt honestly that was the worst hair wash i experienced in my life.

During that time another customer came for haircut and left after an argument with them for this overprice.

Next about haircut. No words for that also. It broken my heart into pieces. After coming from there i asked to my self "എനിക്ക് എന്തിന്റെ കേടായിരുന്നു? "
