Maintenance is needed the seats are loose and are coming in hand and the toilets are in a bad condition but the atmosphee and the vibe during the match was sensational
Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Kochi is a modern and well-maintained sports facility. The stadium is known for its impressive infrastructure and excellent amenities. It is a multipurpose stadium that can host several sports events and cultural activities.
The seating capacity of the stadium is around 39,000, making it one of the largest stadiums in India. The stadium has spacious stands and offers good visibility from all seating areas. The seating arrangement is comfortable, and the stadium provides a good view of the action on the field from every angle.
The management at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium is proactive and ensures that the facilities are properly maintained and kept clean at all times. The staff members are helpful, friendly, and efficient in their duties. They are readily available to assist spectators and provide guidance on seating arrangements, parking, and other facilities within the stadium.
The stadium also provides ample parking space for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers, which is a significant advantage for spectators. Adequate security measures are in place, ensuring the safety of visitors during events. The stadium's location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation.
When it comes to amenities, Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium offers various food and beverage options for spectators. There are multiple food stalls and kiosks located within the stadium premises, offering a range of snacks and beverages to suit different taste preferences. Washroom facilities are also kept clean and well-maintained.
Mismanagement during KB Bengaluru Fc match. People jumped into VIP stand other stands, half the people having confirmed tickets had to go back, without watching match. Kochi Jawaharlal Nehru should be banned to host International quality matches.
Nice stadium and ground, but facilities very poorly maintained. Roof leaks, toilets are flooded, seats are dirty and in bad shape. At nearly 1000 rupees a ticket, they make good money, so bring more matches (not even one match per month!) and maintain this place.
It's an International Stadium both famous for Cricket and Football. During matches it's a great vibe to go there. The outer area is so peaceful and calm, a good place for walking, jogging, cycling and even skating when there are no matches going on. Also has good restaurants and cafe offering tasty food and hangouts.
One of the top stadium which I've visited.both cricket and football matches have been organized here.its in town and metro service is also available.road is little rush all food items are available near by and lot of hotels are also near by now mainly football matches ISL is being organized here
The place was great. We visited the stadium for the Fifa World cup U-17. The atmosphere was good. The mobile network coverage was okay. Kochi metro station is close by.
Need to rework on the seating capacity. It was a great atmosphere when I went there for an ISL home match. But the walls of the stadium have become too old so that it will fall down any moment'.
#kochi #kerala Also known as Kaloor International Stadium, this ground was built in 1996 and is among India’s largest and most modern venues. Its unique shape is the outcome of triple-tiered stands (only lowest tier has seating, though), sloping roof structure and massive floodlight masts going through the roof.
When it was designed, football was to be priority. And so it seemed to be. At the beginning, at least. In 1997 an international football tournament saw attendance record set during India’s clash with Iraq, when supposedly some 100,000 people were in attendance, massively exceeding capacity. #intouchs.in
What a wonderful stadium in the heart of the city.it has three floors and can occupy around sixty thousand of people. It has Vip box and VVip box. It is undertaken by kerala football association. Earlier it was maintained by kerala cricket association. Indian premier League matches are happening in this ground. Ticket rate is very cheap. Toilet is not higeine.
It's a nice stadium located as the main eye-catching structure in the area.leaving it also with the history of some wonderful matches such as Hero ISL.
Awesome atmosphere! Always have a jam packed stadium. Easy to reach from railway station by using metro rail services. So it is comfortable for people coming from different areas. A Kerala Blasters match is a must watch for everyone to feel the ambience of the crowd. The stadium will be packed with yellow jerseys all around. Don't forget ur yellow jersey.
Very good stadium in the kerala. Its have a very good transportation facility to reach here. Metro station available near the stadium. Railway station is also near. Private buses are available. Excellent football stadium. Currently ISL matches are occuring in the stadium.
Stadium love Im not bothering about the infrastructure and architecture and all other stuffs This is the place im sharing my joy and sorrow. Its beginnings with morning walk and ends with uncle's evening coffee. Meetings, chitchat, desperate discussions, walking, jogging, cycling, skating, Reading, scribblings, photography, mist, moonlight, night riding and coffee coffee coffee. Too many small big and rich coffee shops are there and restaurants too. Taste is always guaranteed. Some boutiques and all other basic needs facilities available. Missing moonlight walk with my yummy coffee.
Loved it. One of the best in the country. Ith can hold bigger crowd. Watching a football game in this stadium along with this beautiful crowd is a mind blowing experience. It is situated nearer to Kaloor junction and there is a metro station near the stadium. So that the transportation is very easier. It has well equipped parking space which can hold a huge number of vehicles in it.

So good to go for walks. You will get to see different kind of people. Tree shades and beauty of sky are soothing. This place is so peaceful till 11 pm. Reduced a star just because of the questions i had to face from the police as a girl.

Calm and pleasant place always filled with right amount of people.i. E not too crowded at the same time not to empty. Inside the stadium, the building lives unto its reputation as an international stadium with about maximum people capacity of 100,000+ people. The games mostly played are ISLs and IPLs.
Best stadium in kerala. As hoist ground of kerala blasters after fifa games ground undergo several safety and modern aspect of international standards. Though the overall capacity of the stadium reduced over the years, the warmth and ambients of the stadium will turn even an average person into great fan. Best time to visit this place as a sport fan is during the isl home match of kerala blasters. You can witness a great encouraging fan with great affection towards there team. There are several nice restaurents and coffee shops too. You can visit there even in the non season time too.
Great place to walk or for a jog. Stalls and eateries nearby are well accessible for refreshments. Be careful since there are vehicles plying to and fro.
