Famous for the puffs and sweet porotta drizzled with condensed milk. Quite famous among the locals for this. Other items are also quite good. No parking, and being quite a busy road, it's difficult to park it on the roadside if it's a 4 wheeler

Best snacks I had in a while. The flavourful puffs and the nuts in it gives a divine taste to it.
The sweets and cakes are also great.

A nice bakery. Tried their sweet roll (sweetna). It's really nice and one of the best sweet rolls I have ever tried.

The food here is of high quality, with particularly delightful flavors in their fried and baked items. The pastries, however, are somewhat average in comparison. On the other hand, the bread and buns are delicious and enjoyable.

One of the best place for the sweet porotta and egg puffs and my personal favourite is egg puffs, Chatti pathiri and cold boost If you are a egg puffs lover, you must visit this place for sure. Must try in Kochi! And main drawback is no parking facility. The bakery has no parking space available even for a two wheeler

One among the oldest bake house in kochi located just opposite to palarivattom police station. A variety of bakery items like puffs, rolls, cakes, cream cake and buns, irachi pathil, burgers, sandwich and lots.everything fresh and at affordable rates.both take away and dine in option available.accept cash, gpay, Paytm. Bike can be parked easily but car need to be parked just few metres away at your own risk or a pay n park available next to the opposite temple parking space.

One of best and popular item is sweet paratha, normal sweet paratha is garnish at its top by milkmaid, which was tried by me. Really sweet and try to avoid eat any other sugar items that day

The place itself is over rated I had their famous sweet naan and it was rubbish. And the fresh juice was also not so great to begin with. The egg puffs were the only thing which I liked. The rest of the edible items are not big of a deal. You can find better snacks in local shops.

Their Milk maid Sweet porotta doesn't need any further introduction or approval from anybody. Everybody knows.

They do have a dining space inside with tea and juice options, try to have the sweet porotta or egg puffs hot from there itself.both are too good

One of the best budget friendly bakery that sells quality products. It's a very old bakery and thus, they have a lot of experience when it comes to baking. There is actually a good demand for their puff pastry and sweets in kochi. Most of the products sell out before evening. I recommend visiting the shop around 2: 30-3: 30 PM, you get hot freshly baked Puff pastries and freshly made sweets at this time. I have tried and liked their sweet porota that is soaked in condensed milk, egg puffs, veg.puffs, chicken puffs, ghee mysore pak, white milk Burfi, milk peda, Fruits and nut Halwa, gulab jamun. One of my favourite Tea and Coffee I had in Kochi for a resonable price, it has a thick consistency (not watery) and strong taste and aroma.

Sweetporotta is so delicious and juicy my favourite shop in ernakulam the taste is so good

Very bad service.last day I visited here. I asked five times about one item to different staffs. No body answered me. Very poor service and no respect to the customers.

One item made us come back - sweet porotta. Since then we have tried other items as well and all turned out to be excellent.

An amazing bakery located at Palarivattam junction. They serve amazing puffs, samosas, cutlet etc. Sweet porotta here is a must try snack. They serve sweet porotta with a think layer of milkmaid on top and it tastes really good. This is a signature snack and is must try. Also it gets over by 4PM in the evening. I'd recommend everyone to try the sweet porotta.

My friend took me there saying he gone 2 times already and never got their special Sweet porotta. Luckily we got it. I think its around 2.30 to 3 pm best time to go tjere and have it. Never tasted this much soft / crisp / sweet caramelised sweet porottta and that too for just 20 RS.worth money. Their is lots of other bakery items also there. Little crowded, but nice staff. They are doing some extention works inside also. An AC parlour is inside. Good sitting arrangements. Only issue is parking space as it is located right in front of palarivattom junction. 4 wheeler parking is very difficult.

I went to eat their Signature Sweet Porotta, but I must say I was disappointed by it. The milkmaid added a reasonable taste to it, but the highlight for me in a Sweet Porotta is tutti frutti, which is missing here. Maybe i am bit biased here, but after all it's personal opinion.
But their egg puffs felt way better, the taste of masala usually ruins the taste of puffs, but here the taste works like charm.

Even today noon my lunch was the sweet porotta from jaya, it’s a gift from Sreeju chetten, every body in my freindship circul likes it! Only 20 rupees for one but it’s a pice of taste, biriyani was tried but it’s more than I presssumed any way must try if you are on the line, sweet porotta it’s a goodwill in palarivattam, near to police station

I reached there around 11: 45, they were just getting ready, the puffs and sweetnan and all were still in the oven.
I had an egg puff and one sweetnan (without the cream coat). It was hot and it was sweet, it was gooood.
I ordered a couple of more sweetnan without the coat for take away, long story short by 2: pm all there bakery items were 2/3rd over.
Once you taste there items you will know why.
Enjoyed the food will go again and again.

Daily made snacks like vada, veg bonda, ada etc are tasted better when compared to other local bakeries. But as far as the days go ahead not sure they are using fresh oils everyday. One better item is carrot cake.

I visited Jaya Bakery today in the hopes of trying my luck tasting their super famous Sweet Parotta. Anyhow it got over by the time I visited them around 6pm today. But I managed to try their carrot cake today. Must say their carrot cake is one of the best in Kochi. Definitely must try.

Just the right amount of sweetness. Doesn't taste of the oil. Has a homemade feel. Nice packing. Loving it over most of the over all carrot cakes I tried this season.

One of the best bakeries in Palarivattom. It's difficult to spot from the main road as this is located a bit innermost area. Ambiance is the main factor. Although the shop was small, they managed to arrange it as well as they could. Fresh and tasty snacks. I like the coffee very much. Staff behavior is friendly and polite. Overall a feel good bakery.

Nice place to have shot eats and bakery items. They are the one of the oldest bakery in kochi city.they have good variety of pastry. They taste good too. They have good packaging too. They have own bourbon behind the shop. So every thing is fresh. They bake breads, pups, cookies, cakes etx

Tasty snacks, almost everything produced on site. Must try the Sweet Parotta with condensed milk spread over the top. Visit around 3-4 on weekdays, snacks tend to sell out faster.

I drive 40km to this place frequently just for that sweet sweet carrot cake because their carrot cake is our lord and our saviour

Situated at the Palarivattam junction behind auto stand. Even though the restaurant is small, the food they provide is tasty. They do have a coffee shop like set up at the front and a small restaurant set up inside.

They provide good biriyani and fresh juices. Only issue is the space constraints

Products are extremely good. But the behaviour of one person having a beard was very bad. I ordered two chocolate pastries today. Before taking the pastries he was shouting that pastries have plastic wrap on both sides so that he can touch the pastries with his bare hand. I strongly suggest touching pastries without a gloves is not at all hygenic and the attitude of that person towards customers is also not appreciable

One of the best bakery in Ernakulam. They have this really yummy fruit/cream buns which i like. They also have other snacks and bakery items. All items are reasonably priced.

Best in ernakulam this place is enriched with the aroma of puffs, fritters, rolls and cakes. Cakes are made fresh in the store itself.this is the place i would suggest food from.
