Have been purchasing from this place for the past 2-3 years. The collections are of satisfactory quality. Customer service is also good. Few of the staffs are partial towards the amount of bill and few are not even bothered to answer the queries.

Visited Jayalakshmi, Trivandrum today for purchasing a silk saree for a family function. I was attended by Athira T. N, and received excellent service with a ready smile in her face made the experience even better than I expected.

Very few collections in Saree section and the style needs to be updated. Before lockdown, it was the best place to get good sarees.but the place seems to have lost its charm. Have visited other branches of Jayalakshmi and the collections there are far better. In the lining material section the staffs are very limited and it took us over an hour to get the lining materials.

My order was attended by Athira TN. Her service and customer handling is super and very friendly.

Shopped during one of the less crowded days. Visited only the ladies section, they have a good collection to choose from, ranging from low priced to high priced. Palazzo and ready-blouse section wasn't convincing: say, below average.

There is a temperature check and sanitiser at the entrance. I didn't see them sanitizing the shopping/billing zones often enough, but since it was less crowded, guess it was just okay.

This is the first time I went for a shopping here.absolutely I wondered.best quality materials with very affordable rate.

The valet parking was miserable and bad. A very bad experience. It took 35 minutes to get my car. It was loss of time and missing next schedule.

Good place for ladies. If yu want to shop for mens or kids branded clothes, then probably this is not your kind. Kids and Mens section is a mess and has hardly any branded clothes.

My shopping experience was neither too good nor too bad. Not much bridal collections when I visited this shop. I got a good customer service in bridal section.

Great range of collections in sarees and churidar section and wedding sarees and other dresses are fabulous but some sale women are very bad.

Sales persons, especially lady staffs, are so lazy and of very awkward behavior. If you ask them to try any wearing more than two times, either they pretend or start muttering. Really ironic.

It's so crowded and no one actually cares if people maintain social distancing and wearign masks properly. Few sections it's a tiring job to get someone to assist you with shopping.

It's a good shop. But now not thant much good in collections. Especially their service most of the sales girls are have an attitude problem.

Very less collections.shop people are less interested in showing the sarees. All in al poor interaction and customer attention. Sales girl behave as if we have come to beg from them. Hell I am spending my money I should be shown atleast some manners

The staffs are not at all good. There response towards customers is really bad. They should improve this major issue. Selection of dress is really great there but should improve customer services.

The shop is big but in mens section there is lot of brands missing. Some of the jeans brand not available here. In men's section very few full sleeve tshirts available. They have big store but lacking in collections. They are also giving complimentary coffee or tea. I liked it.

Here we have collections both branded and budget items. Good collections and is very clean and simple which makes us to choose items more easily

The collections were so good but the shopping would have become more superb if u provide a small canteen in each floor.

Eniku ishtapettilla. Staff ladies athra pora. Njan last week saree edukan poyittu ottum active allatha oru staff aa staff nu thanne vayya oro saree eduthu kanikan. Njan pinne kalyanil poi saree eduthu. Compare to staff kalyan staff very energetic and friendly.

The prices are very high. A normal shirt costs a minimum of ₹500 and a pant costs a minimum of ₹1500. Customer services are not great. The sales persons are kind of irritated when they are asked to show different designs or colours.

Very bad customer service. I have never had an experience like this from any other Jayalakshmi outlet. Please avoid visiting jayalakshmi outlet at Trivandrum if you don't want to waste your time for shopping.
The sales girls are least interested in helping you purchase any dress. If you don't like the dress which they show you, they will get irritated and will start ignoring you.

Jayalakshmi Silks is located in Overbridge junction of Thiruvananthapuram city.
Its just opposite of Govt. SMVHSS and is famous for its wide range of collection of dresses, especially bridal ones.
All dress materials are available here. Ladies, gents and kids are welcome here.
Its an one-stop centre for all your clothing needs. I would like to say this.
Staffs are cordial, ample parking space, washrooms and customer care are available. Stitching centre is also there.

One roof for all the stuff. But I found it difficult to communicate with the staff as they understand only malayalam. Tough for any north indian to communicate with the staff

It's a good place for shopping clothes. All variety type of clothes are available here. And u can have any type of clothes at ur price range.

Materials are good.
But accept the gift with care. One wallclock gifted by them never worked.
We have kept it packed to return next time.
My request to the team is not to use the gifting practice as a waste disposal means. Better give it in cash discounts.

Well abt average, just a big shop with average services and a bit above average looking clothes, and tbh the staff just spent most of their time talking to each other

Very bad parking (they won't let you use lift from the parking basement 1 & there is no lift or stairs from basement 2.you have to walk up the ramp.) very bad customer service.they will misdirect you from floor to floor.

Went for wedding shopping here. Collections are ok, the staff are great. Would’ve given it a 4 if there were a bit more collections on wedding sarees.

Great ambiance and good fecility and very friendly and helpful staff. Limited men's casual shirts collection and bit pricey.

Good selection of dresses and materials. The staffs are very helpful and patient. They ensured that we find what we were looking for at the mall. As always you have floors categorized for women, men, kids etc.lot of parking space.

Exchange of material is not a good experience. The staff was sending us up and down in need for a receipt. First they said the time for exchange is over so can't be done. For people coming from far places it's very inconvenient. Also the staffs were busy packing up and leaving and were not helpful. The security near parking area was busy with his mobile rather than helping. We reached around 8pm, near to closing time, that may be a reason for all this, but as long as the shop is open (officially till 8.30pm) they should give good service
