Rooms are okay, But not suitable for families. Bathrooms are the worst here. Overall its only average stay and not recommended to families.

Very poor service. Room booked for my brother for their wedding trip. They provided worst room which is not upto the money. It's not like private room. We can get better and better for that. But this is seasonal theft they are making. Please don't go for this room of you want to enjoy trip with family.

Horrible service.we booked a room for 4, we checked in at 5 in the evening and we were asked to vacate the room at 12 at noon. We were about to leave in an hour but the staff just wanted us to leave immediately.we did not even stay at the hotel for a whole day but we had to pay for a complete day.also the staff did not even help us with our luggage and the hygiene was not satisfactory

Stayed in 4 bedded room.bathroom is good.hot water is there.in the market and all are nearby.no in-house food but good restaurants are there.

Room are so so.some room are nice and some room are very bad like cheap hotels.
Check toilet celling they are leaking.
About the staff they will not upgrade the room.
If you ask for next day to give some other room they will not give you good clean room availablity is there then also.
Parking is also issue here.

To be frank I am from munnar and I booked a room for a newly married couple who was first time to munnar, they provided a room in which we can see through the door, and toilet is not clean and have same door issue for toilet, they said will give another room for them but they didn't, just cleaned the toilet finally,

the room are costly you will get better and super rooms for that budget I booked there because I didn't get any other on that day.

Room are very Dirty, staff behaviour is very rude, we don’t know, is the owner know this or owner keeps this place like this. People will stay only one day in emergency, No parking, No towels, no Soap, No cleaning. Hotels 50 % Rooms are vacant most of the time but they will say all full.

Worst experience ever. Please do not come, the room is not good and clean as it shows in the picture. Worst hosptitality.

Not good enough. Location wad nice and thats the only nice thing about this hotel. They didn’t even provide towels.

Location is in the centre of town. It's best place for emergency landing, not expensive, two way entrance to property that cool.staff are friendly, rooms are just okay

Average. Only positive thing is location. Service is okay. Prices could be lower for non-balcony rooms.

Excellent Stay
Property located at the center of Munnar town. The Hotel was very good and major tour spots are easily accessible from the spot. Drinking water & hot water everything is fine. All Staff is polite and helpful thank Mr Deepak.

It was a very good nd budget friendly stay at Jays inn, Munnar. Mr. Deepak (Manager) guided us very well. And very good hospitality.
