Jehoash Swimming Pool

A humongous "NO" and nothing else.

We kept pushing our plan to visit this place but all of a sudden everything was convenient to visit and our group of 6 decided to finally visit this place yesterday.

With the hangover of Wonderla pools, and with the same group of people, 2 months ago, we had High expectations while visiting this pool as well.

But, this was one bad decision not because of the difficulty we had to find this place but the pool was rich in Chlorine and not just rich, but "STINKIN, FREAKIN, RICH IN CHLORINE"

One sip of this water, and it will bring you nightmares.
Once it go inside your eyes, it feels like you had spices inside your brain.

Huff, our plan was for an entire evening but within 15 mins we were already making plans to cancel this and go to "Meenpidi para" which was quite nearby too, which was an amazing place compared to this disgusting pool.

Ofcourse how could we leave without giving this feedback in person, for which he responded, it's been a week they had put the chlorine which infact brought another question in our minds,
"what would have been the situation if we had come last week "

The place was neat though and the staffs weren't that bad either which is the only good thing about this place.
But don't you dare visit this place if your objective is to spend some time relaxing in the pool.

Swimming pool is nice.separate pool for family.highly recommended. Children will enjoy the swimming and there is a park for kids.

This is one the best pool in kollam that I am aware of! It's about 25m in length and perhaps 10m wide and about 180cm in dept at the deepest point.
Rates are pretty fine considering it is pretty remote. You can relish the pool for an hour by shelling out 120rs. Unlike some really professional pools I know it's not mandatory that you need swimming gear to be allowed to enjoy the pool. Meanwhile if you still like to have them it's available for sale there itself at prices which might not be the cheapest. The water is highly chlorinated yet Crystal clear. Someday the water will be circulating. During these day water will be cleaner and the level will be slightly higher. It's open from 6am I believe and also swimming courses are also available if you are interested.
All in all its a great pool for a fun hr for anyone of any age wether it's friends friends or just you. If you are nearby or even 20km away (my case) a visit once a week will prove good for your mind and your body.

Awesome. The pools, its hygiene, ambience evertything was great. The swimming coach is so co-operative. He trains the kids so calm and cool. Our kid love him as a coach.
