We had a very good experience. Service was very good. Very friendly staffs escpecially Varsha chechi.

Yesterday we visited joy alukkas thiruvalla after travelling 50 km far.
Was expecting for something good.
The staff who was assisting (Mrs Lakshmi) us talking in a bad attittude which we cant bear it.
2,3 time we just ignore still keep on talking about as she dont want to sell the item.
We are not the people who ask to open all to show just 4 sarees then started grumble.it made us felt unhappy and left the place.took same items from other shop with satisfied customer service.
NB: This was not my first visit in jolly silks.i was visitting here since 15years.never had such bad experience before.

Purchased churidar material and gave for stitching.stitching was not proper.so contacted customer care.customer care assistance was good in solving the problem.

Collection is avarage. Not a big deal if we are looking to purchase materials for wedding or some function. You will get some but not all your needs on dresses

U r gonna find a wide range variety of collections here. And the staffs here are so cooperative.the service also is perfect.

Utter waste service and customer mangement. Cost is too high. Had returned three times to remove the sensors placed in cloths.
Directly irritated by the staff, but management doesn't have an answer.
Materials given for altering wasn't properly done and returned dirty, ended up in drycleaning.
Promised the gold will be taken back without reducing so called panikooli and panikuravu if returned in seven days after the function, they were not ready at the end and also violated the promised rate locking.

For gold go for Bhima always.

Have enough formals and casuals but are not updated. Clothes according to trend are not available. Little outdated

Fairly good selection of wedding sarees. Also the staff were prompt in serving the customers, also they seemed friendly among themselves rather than gossiping about each other, hence could feel their unity which actually gives the customer a positive vibe to shop. Also they were not trying to force us to buy something which we didn't want, nor show much attitude if we didn't buy, but were quite gracious about it. Hope, all are like that or was i just lucky enough to get the good ones. I'm not sure. Anyway liked the whole experience.
