Everything is good except payment section. It's a herculean task to settle the payment section. Only 2 counters for such a big jewellery. Parking is limited to 4 or 5 cars. Be prepared for that.

They have excellent service and a good collection. One star less for hospitality we need to ask for water or something to drink after spending a few hrs in there.

Collections are low for kids but good adults, they do both sale (minimal commission) and purchase, jewellery is in front of Seematti and on MG road

We are very much delighted by the collections and appreciate the staffs efforts. Good place for gold shopping.

Worst experience ever. Came to purchase a wedding ring. Everything was great but really screwed up the fonts and the center.

I purchased a 4 gold coin from josco mg road showroom.but only after making payment they showed the grams in weighing scale measuring 3.990 gm only.when i asked where is the remaining 10 ml, or give me another coin which contains approx 4gram, then the sales man said it is not an issue of concern generally it is made that way & handed the purchase bill with seal on it stating
"I CONFIRM THAT THE JEWELLERY IN THE INVOICE IS OF GOOD QUALITY AND CONDITION AND THAT I BOUGHT IT ON THE ABOVE SAID DATE AFTER DUE EXAMINATION INCLUDING WEIGHT AND IT FULLY MEETS MY SATISFACTION

i visited shop when they were preparing to close that days sale may be to wind up quick they did this to me.the name of salesman is SEBIN KS

for millionaires a loss in 10 ml is nothing but people like me have only hard earned money which is looted by deliberate carelesness of staff.

2 years back.same type of situation i faced but that time i was selling gold.but my mother find out. & pointed it, also argued then they agreed they are mistaken & repaid the deducted amount.

There weren't enough collections and the anklets I bought got damaged the very next day so bit disappointed

One of the most poor and wasted customer service. If you are not a regular gold purchasers, please not go to josco jewellers, they will make us fool in case of making charges, sales man SANOJ V P treats us very bad in presentation and enquires. Actually I went to purchase a wedding ring and I ordered one, he is not willing to show models and focusing us to purchase ring that only he brings first in hands, in case of making charges it’s also manipulated in time when ordered and Purchased, we decided to purchase other golds from josco itself, we chanced shop due to salesman behaviour.most wasted time spent at josco

The shop is one of the major gold jewellery group in Kerala. Has enough parking facility and is big enough to accommodate many people. Even though the customer service was too slow. It might be because of the rush during those times

Customer services was good. Collections are found to be on lower side especially to bangles. Hope they will bring some changes.

I had a bad experience in josco yesterday. I came there to buy my wedding rings, the advance amount I have paid already two weeks ago, they only need to write bride and grooms name on it. They asked me to come after 30 dec to collect the ring. During the last 2 weeks gold amount sky rocketed so the sales person asked me to pay yesterdays gold rate. I told him I already paid 10000 and if you cannot give me the golden ring with rate on the bill I donot want it and I am going to the police station, the sales man suddenly changed his mind and handed over the ring with previous rate. Please be careful with josco.

Crowded! Always crowded.
Parking options are limited but managed by guards.
Good collection of ornaments but staffs outnumbered by crowd.
Heart of city makes this jewellery always cozy.
Renewed building made each section separate and ease for customers to get their options.
An hour is minimum to spend for a purchase.

The place was very crowded when we went there.maybe some festive shopping going on. The folks were courteous and helpful, and took effort to process things faster.

Jaded.all boring designs.the establishment primarily seems to rely on kerala marriage market. Very few good designs available.sales staff also dull
