Offcourse any kottayam don't need any introduction about Josco Jewellers. Its the heart of kottayam people. Every kottayam Karan and Kari.would buy something from Josco. It's products and their service has always been high. Salute to Josco group.

For small purchases I don't prefer this place BZ needs to wait so long, especially assigning a sales agent.

Not a very good experience. The salesman who attended was not very interested at all. Whereas I went yo another big jewellery showroom in Kottayam and the salesman was wonderful. I ended up purchasing from there.

One of the best customer service. Tried multiple jewellery for wedding related shopping. Found Josco to be one of the better ones with good collection and customer service.

Congested way to parking. Really old designs for gold ornaments. Seems like they are not updating their designs. Sales staffs are polite and have patience too, Thumbs up for them. They will show you heavy discounts on paper, but once you calculate your own, its the same market rate which is available everywhere.
Really an update needed for designs and collections.
